We have stayed in seaview as renivation going on in seaface. Superb rooms with clear view to sea. Clean neat and good service. Food is also very good. We really enjoyed two days stay

We booked four rooms with sea face during pongal festival, but when we reached there they said our rooms have been allotted in sea view which was a bigger resort next to sea face. As it was festival time we didn’t make a fuss about it. But we faced some minor problems. 1, we booked four individual rooms but were allocated two rooms with two bedrooms in each. No privacy. 2, sea face had ample parking but in sea view we had to park our vehicle in another street. 3, we got rooms in 2nd and 4th floor. Anytime we want to go somewhere we spent so much time waiting for lift. 4, we paid for 4 rooms but nowhere we felt that it’s worth. The good thing about sea view was 1, really good food. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. 2, hospitable service. Overall i would say, if sea face takes bookings, they better give rooms in their hotel or take bookings in sea view name with photos and reviews of sea view. It’s not fair to show customers one property and make them stay in another.

A wonderful stay, right by the ferry to vivekananda rock, and am-mar kumar temple. Very friendly staff, countless excursion options, rooms with a direct view of sunset point. The beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Anytime again.

Rooms have excellent sea view, very near to prime locations. Mainly they have car parking.

Location was excellent, overlooking the vivekananda memorial and with an excellent view of the sunrise from there terrace(though due to haze we could not have a perfect sunrise. Cleanliness - good, bedsheets were clean and toilet was clean, service - quite poor as they were understaffed and all food servicing was done from their other hotel sea view. Everything took a lot of time to come
