Our stay was truly fantastic. The hotel offered excellent facilities and the service was impressively prompt. Situated close to the sea, our room provides a delightful sea view.

Image of property and real property looks totally different. Cleanness is not at all there. Bathroom mats were very dirty. Hygiene and cleanness both are zero in the entire property. Power fluctuations are too much. Power backup is not maintained well.

The hotel is located at the prime place making it easy for travellers. I especially want to thank both managers who went extra miles to make our stay comfortable like upgrading rooms, making sure foods reach on time etc. Even they were constrained by resources. On the improvements side a couple of minor touch points needed. Like intercom was not operational, one of the fans was making a noise. Ac temperature was not adjustable. Towels were a scarcity. Some of the plugs were not working. Open electric points. No exhaust fan etc.

It's a good place overall and nicely located. We booked and paid in advance for 3 nights, but for some reason they booked only for 2 nights and this created some problems. The lift did not work intermittently and this is problem particularly for elderly people.

Only view from the window and location is ok. Otherwise it is not a clean hotel. Bathrooms are not clean. Room, balconies were not clean. Dint book this hotel. Instead book other nearby hotels.

The hotel is located very close to majority of tourist attractions in kanyakumari. There is one good veg restaurant within the property and many more nearby. All landmarks are within walking distance and for visiting nearby attractions, reception provides assistance. Rooms offering see view are quite good and one can see statue of tiruvalluvar from the balcony.
