This hotel has false advertising. They have pool but they charge for it. I was supposed to get the two king size bed but they didn’t gave me one. Most importantly no hot water at all for shower/Bath. I had to bath in cold water. The staff kind of stood there by me for tipping which was really uncomfortable 😣.
The gentleman who was at front desk was nice.

Overall very bad experience. Booked this hotel seeing the high rating in google. But sad to say this was the worst experience i ever had aftet booking a room through makemytrip. They also have some responsibility here since the pics they post about rooms are not like the reality. Rooms were having bad odour from toilet pipes. The woolen bedsheet, curtains etc was full of dust and looks like they dont clean it. One of us had to shift the rooms in between due to the odour. Only good thing is the location which is walkable distance to the main attractions

Location was awesome, rooms were clean and tidy. Has good parking space, near to temple no food service to room only beverages will be served to room. Hotel is adjoined but taste was okay, 1. 5 km from sunset point, swimming pool on top floor but was under maintenance. Nice view from 3rd and 4th floor and has lift. Staff was cool and helped for late check-out

Service is no at per expectations: had to call up 3 times to get the ac (no. Working) remote to replace. No house keeping done in 2 nights stay, even called up for same but no onentruned up. Location : excellent

Recently visited kanyakumari with 4 family members. The hotel room was very small and the beds were also small. The bathroom cistern was not working. No geyser in bathroom. Overall experience was not good

Stay was really comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Location is good as it is close to almost all attractions in kanyakumari. All the staff are courteous. Please make it a point that the use of swimming pool is not included in package and is chargeable - 100 for children and 200 for adults. There is enough of parking area too. You can have a good sight of sun set fron the roof top.
