Hygiene was ok but it would will be better if dine in facility would have been there. Because you have to go to market place for fooding.

The hotel location is very close to the vivekananda memorial, thiruvalluvar statue, gandhi mandapam, sunrise view point. We had booked 2 double rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. The hotel staff was accommodative in delayed checkin and check out. However, the room was in a bad condition with moulds on the walls, not cleaned well. We had booked 2 double rooms but we got 1 room with 2 double beds and 1 additional for child.

If you are a bachelor fine for a night. But for family - its horrible never take 201 & 202 issues i faced : no hygiene
never take room with 3 bed ( extra need has no ac)
ac not working
no key for the room provided
no fresh towels was given i had to make complaint multiple times for updated bed sheets, ac issue, tv remote
horrible bathroom
cockroachs mosquitos everywhere
no option to open windows
never get breakfast or even a tea because kitchen was so horrible & dirty
no clean waters heater issue

Amneties mentioned for this place said "room service. There was non. We booked a two double bed accomodation. One bed did not have blanket. I requested the attendant but was not given. We requested for an extra towel, was denied saying only two will be provided. Was not expecting this from a place that charge around 3500 / night.

No lift. No room boys. You have to carry your baggages your self to your room. Not worth the money. Toilet was not at all clean. They provided only one towel for 2 people. Lot of external disturbance from the neighbors.

Staff behaviour is not good initially, when i call to owner and complain then they behave well.
