Location of the property is excellent. However amenities provided are of very poor condition. Big zero marks for neat and cleanliness. There is no maintenance at all. All travellers may look for better alternatives in the same location. Two days and two night stays was not at all satisfied.

Stayed in this so called resort for a night, the rooms stink, the toiletries are not supplied, the linens stink, have stains, if you see the pillow your would have nightmare of life time, moping towels would look more cleaner then the once they provide, showers are like water sprinkler to top up you would find living worms and cockroaches in buffet over breakfast overall if you really want to have a terrible stay then do book this property the staff has no courtesy to talk or to provide any services or to help anyone to get things sorted nor provide any services hence kindly avoid your stay, frankly the photos are older then decades, it’s just good to see not as actual.

Sparsa Kanyakumari, overall resort is good but needs maintanence. Restaurant Staff needs to be better trained. Housekeeping is very good. For the given price point breakfast needs to improve drastically and immediately.

Location is perfect. Room is ok. Better room ambiance is expected for the rate they are charging. Swimming pool is good and well maintained. Parking facilities are also good.

Overall stay was good and we have good experience of stay in hotel. They have not consider our special request like early checking & king size bed as neither one has been considered. Overall hotel is quite over valued. It’s may being you (mmt) charged very high service charge over current rack rate (hotel tarif.
