Reserved 3 days in advance. When I came to check in I was told there was no reservation in the system.
Unable to contact via the app because it was very late. In conclusion, the accommodation is to sleep in another room and then wait to be cleared in the morning again.
Came in the morning and called Trip to say that the school was aware of the reservation 🙄 then went to clear it with the school again. In conclusion, the staff and the owner didn't know about putting it into the app, but the manager was the one who handled it. I'm so confused, Mom.
