5 star experience. Rooms are spacious and well-designed. Hotel felt very new and clean. Food trucks at night outside the hotel took away any stress on quick dinners.

Outstanding facility. Staff is totally customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the area and recommendations. Facility is super clean! A little bit of heaven away from the craziness of Waikiki! Definitely recommend staying here is you want a clean, well kept place to get away!

Breakfast is so good with waffle makers and food truck was so convenient. This place is so quiet and easy parking.

Wow, staying with you guys is always an amazing experience! Your staff is simply outstanding - they are friendly, helpful, and make me feel right at home every time I step inside. And let me tell you, Rodney my housekeeper is an absolute rockstar! He always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect, and his warm smile never fails to brighten up my day. Not to mention, Rainbow and Tatiana are simply fantastic - their service is nothing short of incredible. Thank you so much for making my stay such a thrilling and unforgettable one.

Clean, friendly and nice layout.

rented 4 rooms all rack rate at AAA rate. Upon checking in Kilohi super rude no aloha no greeting didnt look like she wanted to be at work really. no engagement no nothing. Then later it was a bigger local girl no name tag on and she had on a diff uniform then the other girl. Then there was a white guy later in day maybe he was the night audit when me and my family came back to get keys he was rude to us all and totally questioned each of us. Being an owner and a Platinum bonvoy mbr not a great experience. First off we paid big $ to stay here for a close by event and horrible svc. Maybe they should be retrained maybe I get they dont make that much an hour or whatever the case is but, no aloha spirit definetely not the marriott brand welcome we are used to. eating breakfast with another local who was an associate from maui/residence inn she even told us she had the same experience as well. rooms was clean, i'll give them that however the keys all day saturday didnt work the workers again kilohi didnt look happy about that they kept telling us was a battery issue but, seeing the engineer in the hallway was definetely their key maker bc other guests in hotel and arriving guests all keys wasnt working. As im waiting in the hallway I overheard them on the radio talking about "guest is AGAIN asking for a new key" super unprofessional. im very sad to say and write this review. no aloha and good gosh teach our GSA's front staff to smile and have aloha. Not sure if they understand to stay or continue to have a job they need to have ppl stay at their resort. Being a native of the islands as well ~ its not a good look.

Parking is extra charge at $35 a day. Daily upkeep is not provided. Continental breakfast is provided. It’s a quiet safe place with nearby raising cane Starbucks and Walmart.
