Nous avions réservé une chambre et a notre arrivé, cette fameuse chambre a été réservé deux fois, heureusement nous sommes tombée sur femme qui parlait un peu le français et nous a explique ,elle nous a retrouvé une chambre dans un aute hotel a 10mn ,arrive a l autre hotel on a voulus nous faire repayer la différence alors que c etait fait sur internet donc il a fallut prouvé que c etait fait,apres 1h00 de recherche et d explication c etait bon,le lendemain rebelotte la personne qui etait a l accueil la veille au soir n avais pas laisser les infos a ca collègue,donc re explications. Pour résumer on a réserver dans un hotel charmant et on ce retrouve dans un autre tres simple avec 6 lits. Merci ********** pour le doublon et les imprévues désagréable

Superbe séjour dans un hotel typique de la région. Chambre hyper confortable refaite à neuf et très moderne . Il ne manque rien cafetière, frigo, eau minérale. Superbe literie chambre familiale très spacieuse. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes de europa parc dans une village. Restaurant de très bonne qualité.

Spent 3 pleasant nights while visiting Europa Park.
The room was spacious and clean, with nice touch of fresh natural flowers.
The breakfast was good, plenty of choice while minimizing food waste. The staff very hospitable and welcoming.
We also enjoyed dinners at the restaurant, with tasty food of large portions, and nice beer.
If we come to Europa Park in the future, will definitely stay here again.
