Alles bestens gewesen ! Viel Platz , super bequeme Betten ! Tolle Lage ! Alles vorhanden was man braucht . Frühstück war sehr lecker. Gasthäuser in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Großzügiger Balkon ! Pflegeprodukte alles da ! Sehr empfehlenswert 🔝🙌🏼 Sauna und Infarotkabine alles da ! 🔝

The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities.
Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too.
Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc), and it was a little bit too simple overall.
The room wasn’t cleaned every single day so that’s another thing to note.

Great option for families. We got free upgrade from studio to spacious well-equipped 1-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and spacious patio. Rituals cosmetic supplies, tasty and sufficient breakfast in a box, free minibar supplies, attentive and helpful reception staff made our stay pleasant. We even got small farewell gift and loyalty reward.

Wir waren zu Dritt und hatten eine Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer. Im Wohn-/Essbereich war eine Schlafcouch aufgebaut. Genial waren die zwei Badezimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, super Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Ausstattung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Very nice hotel very well equipped, nice location. We enjoyed so so much. Deserve 5 out of 5 .. I strongly recommend this hotel and will be my best choice if visited Kaprun or zellam see. Mini market , restaurants, coaster , cable car to top mountain is very closed …

Wonderful family skiing holiday. A Lovely comfortable and stylish 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony in Kaprun. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with all mod cons. A Wholesome breakfast delivered to your door every morning was a treat! Shuttle service to the local ski area on request was an added bonus too. The staff were really warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

موقع الفندق ممتاز كونه يقع بالقرب من المواقع السياحيه وقريب من سوبرماركت كذلك هناك تنظيف للغرف اما بخصوص غسيل الملابس الغسالات لا انصح باستخدامها لانهم يقومون بغسل مساحة الارضيات بنفس الغساله اما بخصوص موظفين الاستقبال جميعهم متعاونين بستثناء موظف عربي (كاجين) غير متعاون وقليل الخبره بالتعامل مع الزبائن و معقد لجميع الامور التي تتطلبها لدرجه ابلغنا علينا الخروج الساعه 10:00 والموظفة النمساويه قالت يمكنكم البقاء حتى الساعه 11:00 . وشكرا

تم حجز من موقع الالكتروني للفندق غرفتين وصالة وحمامين وبلكونه مطل علي النهر والجبل والشارع ليله بقيمة 230€ مع افطار للامانه تعامل موظفين جيد والشقه من خلال تجربتي ممتازه ومتكامله فيه جميع ادوات الطبخ وملحقاتها مكينه نسبرسو وكبسولات متوفره يعطونك قائمه مكتوبه باللغه العربية والانجليزيه ارشادات وتوصيات اعتقد كل شي واضح ساكرر زيارتي والسكن ويعطونك كود خصم بقيمة 100 € مدته سنه في حالة حجزت عندهم المره القادمه

ein kleines Zimmer als 3 Personen Suite zu bezeichnen war einigermaßen enttäuschend, weiters incl frühstück, dh ein Korb vor die Türe mit überschaubaren frühstück war die nächste Überraschung ( die Eier zum selber machen !), und die dusche war nicht wirklich heiß,
