Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal hier und es war wie immer alles bestens. Durch die Außenbeleuchtung haben wir das Hotel auch nachts problemlos gefunden. Das Hotel ist stylisch eingerichtet mit tollen Bildern an den Wänden. Dank der Duz-Kultur ist der Umfang sehr familiär und wir fühlten uns wie zuhause.

Wir waren nun schon mehrfach im Mountain Hotel Luis und wurden wieder einmal nicht enttäuscht. Saubere & gemütliche Zimmer, wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge, super leckeres Frühstück (auch Lunch & Abendessen) und ein toller Wellnessbereich. Ein großes Lob auch an die Mitarbeiter - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Voor de t****e keer verbleven wij in Mountain Hotel Luis in Kaprun. Wij hebben veel hotels bezocht en dit is een van de beste hotels waar we ooit geweest zijn. Alles klopt aan dit hotel. Vriendelijke en uitstekende service, moderne en gezellige kamers die brandschoon zijn, het uitstekende restaurant waar alles huisgemaakt en biologisch is, het heerlijke en uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, de wellness is comfortabel, modern en luxe, de locatie is middenin het centrum van Kaprun. Wat wij ook prettig vinden is dat er comfort, luxe en rust heerst. Er zijn weinig kinderen, want er is geen kinderspeelkamer. Dat was voor ons een voordeel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en benadert je elke dag weer op een persoonlijke manier. Als wij weer in Kaprun zijn, komen wij zeker terug. Wij kunnen Mountain hotel Luis echt aanraden, je zal het er heerlijk hebben.

Wunderschöne, hochwertig eingerichtete Zimmer in einem Hotel mit toller Lage. Der Service war hervorragend und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Kleiner aber feiner Spa-Bereich mit beheiztem Außenpool und verschiedenen Saunen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend. Definitiv zu empfehlen :)

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr nettem und aufmerksamen Personal. Schöne und moderne Einrichtung. Auch der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Das Frühstück hat auch alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Besonders guader Kaffee.
