Except for the poor location, everything else is impeccable.
Check-in is at 3pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and go to the gym. There is a free public parking lot less than 100 meters to the right of the hotel. The color of the room is also surprising, just like a wedding room.
The breakfast and dinner included in the hotel are also very good and are all natural and healthy foods.
Compared with the hotel's facilities, my breakfast room is definitely worth it. The price of another room booked on the official website on May 12 is much more expensive than mine.

From the moment we arrived to see our names on a decorative board outside the hotel until we left, the experience was nothing but fantastic. We were with two kids aged 12 & 14 and took a family bunk room, which was perfect for us. We went 1/2 board and glad we did, each breakfast and evening meal was high quality and delicious. All the staff were friendly and knew our names within a day. Really enjoyed and cannot recommend highly enough.

Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed it. We would have been there with 4 adults and 2 children, great for a drink in the bar and enjoying the spa! The staff do everything to give the guests a great holiday. We will definitely go back next year!

We had a fantastic stay at the Alpenblick Sport Resort, the Segl family are lovely hosts, and their team are second to none. It was our second time to Zell am See, the first being in 2008/9, this trip was our first family winter holiday, and it was perfect. The food and drinks were incredible, a real treat, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff served the delicious dishes with great efficiency and a big dose of warmth and humour. The bar area is superb as were the live music events, the spa and pool were amazing, the kids playroom entertaining, the bedrooms perfect. All in all a great stay, definitely recommended.

Where do you start? The welcome greeting at the entrance - very nice. When we checked in we were greeted in a friendly manner and given a glass of sparkling wine to greet us. The lobby invites you to linger with its numerous seating areas. Our room was large and clean, but the mattresses were very, very soft, and you can also find a bag for the spa with towels and bathrobes. In the spa area you will find a swimming pool, several saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant and especially the food was simply world class, there is nothing, really nothing, to complain about, and the breakfast was also top-notch. The entire hotel is stylish and very tastefully decorated with small details and you feel at home. The bar and cocktails also invite you to linger, including nice live music. The boss and bosses were also there and sought contact and conversation with the guests. Bus and train connections right outside the door - a full 5 for me 🌟

Best Hotel Experience EVER!! Wonderful staff - very attentive, caring and with great sense of humour! We were made welcomed since the very fist second of walking through the doors! Fantastic food (and we're foodies!!!), beautiful facilities, spectacular views over the Alps, loads to do and in general - the best vacation ever!! Definitely coming back, and with some friends too!! LOVED IT!!!

Staff were very friendly and so helpful. The food was of an exceptional standard with huge choice for breakfast and dinner. Facilities were top notch - large well equipped gym, swimming pools, soft play area for small children and games room with video games , table tennis, fussball and air hockey for older children. We couldn't fault our stay there and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and well-kept hotel with very friendly staff within walking distance of Zell am See. The hotel's decor, furnishings and amenities exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet and dinner also received a 9.5. The ski slope is about 800 meters away, but the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's very convenient. We go on a winter sports holiday every year and have booked several (more expensive) hotels, but this hotel has really been the best so far! Do you want to pamper yourself and your loved ones? This is the place for you! We will definitely come back here, maybe this summer!
