Great service and great facility. View from the terrace was so beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was fine. Room service was a bit expensive. Burger was just €14 but the delivery fee was charged €10..

We checked into the hotel from Friday to Sunday, the reception at the reception was very friendly and professional, no question was left unanswered, after checking in we went to the room, which was very clean and comfortable (more storage space in the bathroom would have been nice), then a little tour of the thermal baths, hotel area very nice, we decided on the public sauna area, and what can I say, the infusions are great, we were lucky enough to experience infusions from Heli and Jenny, big compliment and very many thanks, a reason to come back, the evening meal was also a taste orgasm (unfortunately far too much), the service very nice and friendly, good wine recommendation, the breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired, we will be back

Visited the thermal baths and sauna for a day. Big disappoin**ent. Structurally in poor condition, unmotivated staff, the entire outdoor sauna area was unusable due to maintenance work, noise from the work, no information on the website, incorrect information on entry, 12% discount far too low. Bad value for money!

I can recommend this hotel without a doubt. We always enjoy coming back and are already looking forward to our annual visit. From the service to the food to the rooms, everything is perfect. The hotel has its own wellness area and you have access to the public thermal baths.

Hotel "Tauern Spa Kaprun" unfortunately has a downside to guests! The stay in the hotel was OK, the food, the room and the friendliness were all excellent, if only there weren't the negative experiences... Regardless of whether you order an expensive bottle of wine for dinner, the guest is charged €2.90 for normal tap water and that is absolutely not OK for me, more sensitivity towards the guest would be appropriate here! The charge of €2.90 for normal tap water is OK for me if someone just wants to drink water, but not if you order wine, because a glass of water is a must with a good glass of wine! Even if the cost of washing the glass is always mentioned, I cannot accept that, because when the guest comes to the table, the water glasses are already set, so the glasses have to be washed anyway! The extension to visit the thermal baths on the day of departure is offered at Tauern Spa Kaprun for €18 per person and in my experience is free at other thermal baths.
