Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course

It was a great experience. Our entire family had a fun time. We loved the exclusiveness as it wasn't over crowded. We actually had the entire pool to ourselves. We found Ms. Sadia who was our trip advisor to be very helpful and very professional. She was able to go beyond her duties and accommodated to our needs. I would highly recommend this place. My only recommendation would be to add a bit more attention towards general maintenance of rooms which would help get on par with the high level of resorts.

staff was very friendly and accommodating, they went out of there comfort zone to help us in anyway possible, would love to go again with family and friends, kids enjoyed alot in water activities, food was good, mix tea at Bistro was a hit in our family, breakfast buffet was very limited with options however every item was fresh and tasty.

Not really up to the mark of a one-star resort and the standards. We booked for 4 executive suites and the suites did not even have the basic amenities. Ie no towels, no tea coffee kettle, or amenities, the bed linen has blood stains as well as holes, no mini bar stocked up in the room, no hot water in suite # 51 & 52, the suite # 50 the bed base in broken due to that we are unable to use the bed while paying for the room upfront no room move was offered due the reason the resort is fully booked, alternatively a mattress was provided. The rooms were not clean properly even the leftovers from the old guest were found in the rooms ( sugar, empty bottles of water). A whole lot of Dead mosquitoes were next to the mini bar fridge. Suite 51 TV was not working, and sealing lights were fused and not being checked before the room was released by the housekeeping. The connecting door in between the suite 51-52 they were unable to open due tk the fact they don’t have the key for the connecting door. The excuse I got they were busy and that the rooms were not being checked and cleaned properly, they have 70% staff who were no show and the resort is running a full house. I asked for the towels at 4 pm and only 1 towel was delivered at 6:30 pm with an excuse that the towels were getting washed, we are a family of 18 pax adults and kids towels are a basic need that was not in the room as well as not available upon the requests. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, while informed the team they handed over to me the mosquito spray which I had to spray in the room by myself. I have spoken with the front office team and informed them the whole situation is detailed. Paying for 4 suites is not a joke, we need a comfortable stay which I was not able to get due to all the inconveniences we are facing as of now. The food taste is ok, the water park is amazing the kids enjoyed it. Over-experience is ruined, small things make a huge difference. The attached pictures are for reference. Never again even I will be staying here for free not worthy to stay. I do understand it’s an Eid holiday they should have enough manpower to fulfill the requirement of the operation no engineering was available, and no one from senior management was available within the property to speak with the guest and resolve the issue

It was an incredible experience at DreamWorld! We booked 'Room 1' for our honeymoon, and they decorated it beautifully, wishing us a happy wedding. The spacious balcony offered a breathtaking view. We enjoyed every moment, from the delicious breakfast to the complimentary resort rides.

Fantastic environment and such professionalism is hard to find in karachi. I strongly recommend dreamworld resort to anyone, who is looking for a place to chill with their families or friends in this hectic city, away from the pollution and traffic.

This place had so many activities to do with family, the water activities were spectacular! There are so many quality dining options and the service is beyond amazing. Shoutout to Mr. Danish for going above and beyond and making our stay memorable. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to have a fun time and relax with family.

We went to dreamworld for a get together of friends so we could enjoy our time together. We booked a room and got the passes for the facilities at the resort. We requested the management for mattresses as the bed could not accomodate all of us and the management happily obliged our request. The service was amazing we got everything speedily. The bathrooms and the room were very clean. The facilities were amazing we did everything and the staff was very helpful and very kind to cater our every need at the resort. They also had arranged a bonfire and music to enjoy the night. We were very happy with our trip and will surely go again.

The visit was exellent , great hospitality five star customer service and lots of opportunities in terms of entertaintment water park is hygine as well as other food stuff , overall resort is cleaned and maintained my childrens were enjoy aloot and desire to come again soon , thanks for coperative managment and secure enviroment for my family there is no doubt one of the finest resort in pakistan :)
