Very good, the room is clean and hygienic, there are no mosquitoes or poisonous insects. The restaurant is unexpectedly good, I am very satisfied with the breakfast and dinner. There are many animals on the grass by the lake, which is very interesting.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The outdoor area, including the animals that appeared regularly, was very interesting and had something of a safari and holiday feel about it.
The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need to be renovated and modernized. But nothing was missing here either.
The food selection was sufficient, but could be a little more extensive (fruit, cheese), especially at breakfast.

The booked room type does not match the photos! It is said that double beds can be randomly arranged in the reservation, but none of the 4 rooms have double beds, and all of them are double beds.

Très agréable séjour. La présence des hippopotames le soir devant nos lodges est exceptionnel. Les lits sont bons . Et le restaurant est très bien 👍 Le personnel est très agréable. Le massage est très bien Le musicien nous a fait passer une belle soirée

C'est un endroit magique on peut observer les animaux de pré, le personnel est très sympathique et souriant, la douche est agréable, le lit comme un nuage. La nourriture est très très bonne, on s'est régalé. Une vue sur le lac spectaculaire.

Naivasha es mi segunda casa pase el mejor tiempo en este magnífico resort todo el personal es super amable inteligentes y te hacen sentir en familia quiero agradecerle a Mr Kamal por su hospitalidad, gracias Lucy por el buen servicio en el restaurante, a todo el personal de piso PJ, Evans, Abigail por mantener la calidad en las habitaciones , a todo el team de mantenimiento con Jhon engeenier gracias por la calidad en el trabajo a pesar de no ser un hotel moderno, para todos los cocineros mi más sentido agradecimiento por la calidad de la comida y los deliciosos dulces Samuel gracias por siempre juntos a tu team esperar a los clientes con una sonrisa y junto a wachira enseñarme Cocuyo( no se si se escribe así) En fin gracias por todo y Jhon store continua chequeando 😃😃 Los quiero a todos y recomiendo Naivasha 100%
