我住過的最差酒店，沒有之一，池子不通，洗髮液居然是對了水的，還不是這家酒店品牌，估計是在外面垃圾箱撿的，最差的早餐，最差的健身房。棉花堡這邊據説都這樣，讓人大跌眼鏡。

5 étoiles il y 20 ans peut être. Tout a besoin d’être rénové sauf le lobby qui est joli. La chambre était petite mais propre. Personnels peu sympathique. Repas sous forme de buffets sans choix. Les piscines d’eau chaude extérieur et intérieur et un plus mais on doit payer pour location d’essuie de bain et bonnet de bain

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, verschiedene Unterhaltsmassnahmen wären erforderlich. Sehr schöne Lobby, Personal sehr freundlich. Große Zimmer, die sauber geputzt waren. Das Abendessen Selbstbedienung war vielfältig und es wurde laufend nachgelegt. Es verfügt über Innen- und Aussenpool. Die Thermalquelle und Thermalbänder in roter Travertine sind zu empfehlen. Die angebotenen Massagen sind teuer. Hier geben wir 3,5 Sterne.

Kalite çok düşük, resimlerden görüldüğü gibi değil. Hijyen konusunda vasat. Termal havuzun içinden saç yumakları çıkıyor. Free wifi sadece resepsiyonda çekiyor. Alkol anlam verilemeyecek kadar pahalı! Yatak ve yastıklar çok sert. Bizim odanın wc sifonuda çalışmıyordu. Ailecek şok yaşadık!

Loved the indoor thermal hot spring. Food very good. Pools to cold. No washcloths. Said use pool towels but then charged for them. We didnt bring money down to swim. Had to walk to room wet.
