It was low season and still a great place to visit. The room was ample and clean. We spend two wonderful days enjoying the thermal water, the turkish bath and great massages. Food was varied and good, and we got exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a great time!

The location of the hotel is difficult to find. It is far away from Pamukkale. They are all group guests. The hotel is large in the area, but the service is average, especially the sanitation situation is a bit bad.

The hotel is nice. Room was comfortable, but hot. Despite being 30 degrees outside, the hotel hadn't turned on the air conditioning yet. The window does open. The pools looked nice. The interior pool was very busy. Part of a tour group and didn't get a chance to try them out. The hotel clearly caters to tour groups. Buffets were huge. Dinner had lots of options. Found breakfast was only ok. The location seemed to be quite far from town centre in an enclave of hotels (presumably for access to the thermal spring water source).

We chose to stay for 3 nights to benefit from the thermal benefits of my mother, but it was a complete disappointment for us. I cannot forget the sadness of my 79-year-old mother because of the treatment they gave to her pet. It was not pleasant. I do not believe that the thermal red water is real water. It was impossible to enter the 42 degree water, you would get scalded. The management was extremely bad. I have nothing positive to say. It is really a summer sunbathing hotel concept. Rooms which is old and carpeted; As a healthcare professional, I did not find it correct. The quality is extremely low. Fortunately, we were able to stay at the Colossae Resort hotel and get thermal benefits for 3 days, otherwise we would have returned from Karahayıt with a complete nervous breakdown. Especially with the ruined furniture and beds on the floor where our room was, we felt like we were in a warehouse in Richmond.

Not the easiest of hotels to navigate due to it’s lay out and amount of staircases and limited lift services between certain floors .Rooms average size . Nothing special. Safe in room . small TV . Tea and coffee provided but with small paper cups from which you need to drink quickly before they become soft! Bar prices expensive. Evening meal buffet …..fair choice but didn’t like the long tables … no ambiance in dining room. Free evening entertainment … mmmm .left a lot to be desired! Not one of the places best I’ve stayed at despite being 4 star.
