The staff were very nice. Our room was clean. I loved the multiple pools at the hotel. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend to families with children.

I wondered if it was bad, especially if it had 3 stars, but after staying there, it definitely deserves 4 stars. I think it's 3 stars because of the number of rooms, but the comfort and quality are 4, if not 5.
The receptionist Mr. Ozan, who welcomed us at the entrance (I may be remembering his name wrong, please forgive me), was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, spacious and new. The pools were clean. Even though it is small, it handles occupancy. The fact that the outdoor pool is heated and open 24 hours a day was a huge plus for me. It was a nice experience to swim in the pool at 2 degrees at night. The breakfast wasn't that great, but if you keep your expectations low, it won't be a problem.
In short, it was nice and I will come back again. Thank you.

Cleanliness is nice. The rooms are nice. A suitable place for family. We had no trouble. The breakfast is also nice. The only point can be broken because the thermal pools are very small, other than that, I recommend it.
