Hot spring surrounded by nature, spacious and clean room and availability of bfast - my top 3 things i would go for when going for a short escape hence the reason i went to eRYA by Suria Hot Spring for the 3rd time. Kudos to the team for keeping the place warm and welcoming.

Friendly service staff, considerately solve the questions of foreigners. Although I don’t understand the language, the service staff is patiently waiting for me to use the mobile phone to translate and communicate slowly.

Overall, i'm satisfied during the 1 night stay there. Booking the tower 1 room does give an advantage where the car park is the same level as the room. So convenient for family with kids. Halal food is nearby, got food court with a variety of nice food. Surrounded by a lot of convenient shop like 7e, KK, etc. The only downside is, you can't go to the other level without using the elevator at tower 2. Stairs is no accessable.

1st time being in this hotel for a night to celebrate our anniversary; checking in was fast and great stay. However we are abit disappointed that the hotel didn’t met our request to decorate the room with balloons and flowers for our anniversary celebration as the counter said it was over budget or no budget. I shared with them I stayed before in Shangrila; Mandarin Oriental even Westin or worse scenario Eastin hotel in Petaling Jaya they will do the set up of deco with flowers and bottle of wine with cake for my anniversary. However the hotel was a let down in this context of customer service. Overall, ambience and room was cozy, great weather and great hospitality of awesome breakfast buffet with gym and pool usage. However the poolside was a let down as there isn’t any control or security to monitor the dress code of people using the pool; what I mean by that is that the hotel still allow people to wear track suit and t-shirt with not even swim wear for men to enter the pool. It was very disappointing to see that the management allow People to wear T-shirt and track suit pants to enter the pool, is not the question of the attire, it is about the hygiene of this people in thinking about themselves then of others who wanted to use the pool. Giving others an impression that the pool is very unhygienic to use as seeing this low morale people whom just wear T-shirt and track suit pants to enter the pool. The hotel is centrally located with all amenities nearby. The receptionist who attended to us was friendly and helpful with information. There are also many food outlets nearby the hotel.

We love: - atv ride which is fun and full of adrenaline. The itinerary brings you onto steep hill and also muddy area. Best when it rained the night before.... - the field where there is the zip line, trampoline, football and two goal posts, the kids pool and adult pool. Well at least there are activities to do - morning walk just outside of the hotel in the surrounding area - breakfast. Not many choices but enough. The nasi lemak is tasty, it has toasted bread with kaya and butter, some kuihs, it is enough for us - staffs are all friendly and helpful To improve - the water pressure at the shower is too low - some area the plants look like not taken care or groomed A good hotel to stay at Janda Baik.

Excellent location. Just a short distance exiting the Karak Highway at the East Bentong exit. The resort is 10 minutes away from town. It's so convenient to shop or go out for meals. Cosy Balinese style rooms, wood panels, walls and doors. The rooms are fully air-conditioned. There's ample parking lots inside. Receptionist is available 24 hours. Sadly missing, no swimming pool, and the restaurant is closed since the Covid pandemic. But since it's just 10 minutes away from town where there's plenty of good restaurants, it's no issue at all. Bottled water and coffee is free and there's a kettle, so there's always the option of cooking instant noodles or other fast cooked meals using boiled water, if you do not wish to go out in the middle of the night. Free WiFi is available but the signal is not strong if your room is further away from the reception area. If you have a Malaysian SIM card, reception is 4G anytime.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!
