The gentleman and the killer sister at the reception gave family room with my father, despite having two people stayed with us. I have just got back from this hotel, if like me you are booking because it advertises a gym please do not book, the gym has 5-6 loose Argos weights, no AC, smells of mould and its water logged, the freestanding equipment does not work and its a health and safety hazard! The hotel is not bad, some AC units do not work, for me the hotel was just a pitstop at night not the greatest rooms and deffo not a 4 star I would give it a 2 star at a push, staff are friendly, the all inclusive is a little repetitive, lets start with the bar, Efes beer on tap from 10am to 11pm, white wine and red, vodka an gin are free, any cocktails you pay for, soft drinks and coffee machine you can help yourself. Food: salad bar is insane with a huge variety, meal wise same dishes each day really, turkey stew, chicken stew, sometimes they may serve kebab meat and fish with lots of bones, desert seems good. Pool: no life guard so keep an eye on kids, small water slide, but I did not smell any chlorine so unsure how clean it was, to get to the beach you have a busy dual carriage way so you will have to walk up and use the underpass, now onto the beach, its not a private beach at all, its 5 euros each all day, the restaurant does do good food but you will pay for that and drinks, anyone can walk onto it, staff there are lovely though. At the hotel you will be approached by a rep from the local Bazar which is half hour away by car, he will offer a free lift there and back to visit clothing shops, they will usher you into THERE OWN shop and pressure sale you, if you don't buy enough no lift back, they then march you with staff to other shops they own to buy from there, I'm a big guy so i backed them down but if you cant handle pressure from multiple men at once do not go, go on your own by taking the bus which stops outside. There is ZERO and I mean ZERO entertainment by the pool at night, you might get 1 belly dancer during the week but that's it, just light music in the background where the Bora Bora hotel across the street was jumping every night! The elevator was dodgy and doors sometime take time to open so I walked every day 10 flights by stairs so I didn't get stuck in it, although they did change my room eventually.

Following reading previous reviews I was a little bit worried for this hotel….. please read on! We arrived at 1:30 am and was greeted by the manager (Hammi ) forgive me if I have spelt this wrong , we were asked if we wanted a drink and we happily said yes following a 2 and half hour transfer. We were taken to our room 401 and Hammi carried both suitcases to our room and made sure we were settled. Food … Now I am a fussy eater and sometimes I did struggle to find something I liked but there was something for everyone on all meals albeit not always to my liking , only thing I would have liked was a toaster. There is a 24 hour supermarket across the road if we needed anything extra. The bar service was very quick and all staff were pleasant they would bend the 2 drinks per person rule , we ended the holiday getting drinks for several people that we had met in the hotel and never was this questioned. The beach 42 is a short walk from the hotel with access via an underground tunnel out the back of the hotel , staff at the beach especiallyMemmet could not do enough for you and 100% felt relaxed , food and drinks were also great on the beach. Rooms were a good size with kettle , fridge , hairdryer, balcony , fresh towels every day and beds changed every 3 days. Pool was always clean and plenty of sun beds available. Entertainment… well Hamed was amazing , day and night he was there to entertain you and boy did we have some fun with him , he was kind , funny , fun and serious when needed..he knew how to entertain the younger ones and had time for the adults , this man needs to be recognised for his work. We met some great people and laughed all the time, a holiday is what you make it. We were here at the start of the EURO’s and a few people we met wanted to go out to watch the football and with there being a 2 hour time difference this made the kick of at 10 pm not 8 - a table was booked at a local bar and transport was provided by the hotel manager to ensure they got there on time now come on guys , how many hotels would do that ? We had a early pick up to come home (4:55 am ) and asked if we would be able to get a drink before leaving, Hammi said he would make sure we had a hot drink before we left and kept his word. All credit to the manager for his hard work and commitment to the staff and hotel , keep this up and we will return in the future.

Beach: Sea was so wavy and rocky. Beach is really close to hotel (with shuttle 3min), we were back from the beach in 5 min by walk. When we visited the beach there was a red warning flag. Swimming was forbidden. We went to the beach for nothing. We came back without swimming. In order to prevent this, there can be communication between the beach attendant and the hotel lobby and guests can check this regularly before going. Food: Breakfasts were okay and it has variety of breakie options. Pastries are mostly Turkish type, do not expect croissants or danishs. Lunch was better than dinner. There was more protein options and side dishes. Snacks in pool: Relax pool doesn't have any food, even they don't have ice. Only beer and soft drinks. These are not enough under the sun. There could have at least some snacks. Other pool has snack bar and ice cream. Snacks are delicious and well made. However, you cannot bring the snacks with you to relax pool. Lobby bar: It's the best bar in the hotel. Alcohol rate in the cocktails are acceptable in only lobby bar. All free alcohol options in the hotel are local, not import. Lobby bar has also snacks for tea time. All the time, they have same options. They don't have variety in cookies or cakes. Dinner: In the first dinner we had a hair inside the beef stew. We warned them and they changed it in seconds. Meals and snacks are always same. Only few of them changed. They make bbq and pide outside of the restaurant. You need to check where you have snack time. Grill chickens and fish are best options in dinner. Desserts were disappointment. We expected to have Turkish baklava or popular desserts like profiteroles. They have the same desserts everyday. We haven't faced with spot issue. Always we found a place. Only one rainy evening, everyone needed to share their table with strangers. Room: Rooms have a lot of storage place. If you're settling in the hotel room for a week, you will have a space for all clothes. Beds are comfy. There are a lots of plugs in room. That's so good for charging all stuff. They have mini bar with 1.5 liter water, 2 mini juice and mineral water. Cleaning: They are changing towels every two day and they clean the room everyday. Bathroom walls was covered hair, even in the first day. But toilet was clean and no issues. Sunbeds are not clean. They have dirts and spots all over the place. They have pillow in sunbeds, they're also not that hygenic. Pool: Main pool is always over-crowded and people always saving spots with towels in early morning. Relax pool always has a place. It's chill. Only disadvantage is bar doesn't have options. Entertainment: Entertainment was not made for adults and they have limited place for entertainment. It's always same place with main pool. They had one party in a week and it was only till 11 pm. People were so bored during the day due to lack of entertainment. Because of that, they watched the our tennis play for chilling. Nice hotel with good service and relaxing environment. Big fresh buffet with a good variety. Good space at the pool and a practical access under the road to own beach and bar Nice spa and massage facilities Ida gives a fantastic full body massage

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

The staff is nice and friendly. The dj makes fun for everybody, darts and gym if you want, and arrange trip to the city. F.eks skumparty and disco in alanya. The bar and intertainment in the evening is fine. There is no noice at the hotel after 23.30. The food is borring if you dont like fish. Everyday fish and one another choice of meat. At breakfast we miss scrabble eggs or omellet. There is no toaster to the breat.nothing like danish food.we miss that. We went on 3 trips and wherr back at the hotel in afternoon umhgy, but no pizza or food. Snackbar is 3 kind of cake and melon, same everyday. So if you miss lounce you have to wait to 7 p.m. for food again. So we went out on a restuarent almost everyday. The sunbeds its without a madress. But pool area is is nice for a small hotel. We like the asmosfare. The hotel is in the heart of oba city, wish is nice.marked every monday outside the hotel. If you want at good place to sleeps its here, the beds are realy good. Not to hard and nice pillows. The hotel is clean and the staff claen everyday, chance towers every sencond days. Realy nice place if you cant accept the facts. Buy not a hotel i will take all incl. Again. :-)
