If you are looking for size, this hotel is perfect. Very spacious, with balcony overlooking mountain. However if you are looking for a modern kind of accommodation, you need to look elsewhere. Important: Overhead shower in the bathtub, no shower curtain, nor safety handheld bar. not suitable for elderly parents. Room amenities and faciilties: tired. Need major upgrade.

The price is according to the facilities, the location is in the tourist area so there are many choices of places to travel there is bathup and water heater,breakfast is pretty good but not much variety

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. Good place and comfortable. Clean place, have single aminites

After driving for more than 10 hours from Bali, we arrived in Solo at Loji Hotel around 4pm by that time. No security available to give us some instructions where we can park, eventhough we saw 2 man sitting at the security office at front. We have to call them very loud to show us where we can park our car. Coz by that time the parking lot was full. We were expecting get a good service, nice room, because we pay IDR 534.649/night with breakfast for Deluxe room. We stay here on the 26th December 2019 and check out on the 27th December 2019. Actually we want to extend the room, but we changes our mind after overnight here with uncomfortable feeling. The problem was : 1. They asking us, do we need a smoking room, we said yes please. We were expecting a balcony or at least we can open the window, but at the end, the smoking room not have any window or balcony for smoking. 2. The AC are so noisy all day long and also the AC is leaking very bad until makes our bag get wet, coz we put underneath the AC. 3. The fan in the bathroom wasn't work well. And very very noisy! 4. The shower looks like never get cleaned for many years. Full of crust. 5. The bathroom is a bit smell and not have a good circulation. 6. We found a blood stain on the blanket, so we asking to changes the cover or blanket. The good point is, the breakfast is nice. That's all. We coming here to Java Island actually to do an inspection, what's the Island looks like. How clean and comfortable are the accomodation here. Coz we have a tour and service. We have to know all the standard service here before we give any recommendations or bring our customers to come here. And we found a very expensive hotel with a low service. In Bali, the hotel with this price, the service, the room are way nicer. I don't know how the standard service in Java. So far the city that we have visited in Java, has very low hotel standard but they ask for 5 star hotel price. Amazing right. If Loji Hotel can upgrade their service level to be better than now, I will recommend this hotel. But for now, we are sorry, this hotel is not recommended. Hopefully the Manager read all the review and do some maintenance also the service. Thank you.

Zest Solo, one of the newest 2-star hotels in the city of Surakarta. Its location in Manahan, the parking lot can be quite steep and narrow, fortunately the hotel offers free valet parking facilities. The lobby is a standard size with a modern interior. The room size is quite spacious and comfortable for a 2 star, equipped with benches, chairs and simple work desks. The mattress size 100x200 is comfortable enough with 1 pillow each per mattress. For the zest rooms, all of them are twin. They can set Hollywood but they are only attached and still easy to move, so it's not comfortable. In the room, they provide complimentary 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water, and a dispenser for refilling mineral water at the corridor. The bathroom uses a head shower and faucet. For shampoo and bath gel, use a 2 in 1 dispenser system, no toothbrush is provided so it is better to bring your own. The wifi speed is not good, fortunately the TV shows are clear. There is also a room service menu that is affordable. Overall the rooms are quite comfortable because the condition of the hotel is still new and still well maintained. For breakfast, you can say the taste can be enjoyed and the variants are quite complete, there are pecel, yellow rice, bacem tofu, green bean porridge, indomie corner, egg corner, fried noodles, guava and orange juice, sliced fresh fruit and pudding. Unfortunately i see some people walking around, picking some food not using mask, i hope they can apply the health protocol strictly

Solia Hotel's location is quite strategic, near Solo Balapan train station, food scene and easy to get anywhere from there. Check-in process wasn't smooth, but it is totally understandable because the hotel was fully booked and many guests came at the same time. But hopefully the management can anticipate this and do better in the next holiday season. The lobby is a beautiful Javanese old building, pleasantly scented, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are located on the newer building on the back. They provide traditional beverages for welcome drinks. The room was clean, water and AC worked well. Bed and pillow were comfortable although there were some stains and holes on the bedsheets. Door handles of balcony almost broke because of its unusual way to open and close (though the management has stuck the instructions on the door). This hotel is recommended for those whose in budget and need centrally located hotel.

For the first time that im felt very uncomfortable staying at the hotel. First, when you arrived at the hotel, there is no parking lot for all the hotel customer, security only give you direction to park beside the hotel but you should find the parking lot by yourself, and when you want to use your car which is located deep inside parking lot, the security too lazy to help you getting your car out. The bed sheet is stinky and full of dirt. The room service doesnt wait for you to get to the elevator, instead they are going first and you as the hotel customer have to wait another elevator to arrived. Ah, the lobby and almost every corridor of the hotel is too dim.

One hour and a half taking a train from Jogja to solo seeing my partner after a few months in a distance because of the pandemic situation. The air was so hot, but we suddenly arrive at this hotel with all of the safe introduction of hand sanitizer, distance, life touch, and the other stuff for this new normal. all of the staff there were so kind that makes us feel comfortable enough. That vibes in the room make me have a good conversation after a long time distance. The pillow and bed were so soft, kindly make a coffee and tea for our day easily in here, and also absolutely the bathroom and all of the stUff that smells so good. You know what the best part here? Right. Seeing a view of Surakarta from their window.

A hotel with minimalist and unique architecture, only consisting of 3 floors, the 1st & 2nd floors are for hotel rooms with a rather narrow hallway between rooms, the 3rd floor is for a cafe, so it's not surprising that this hotel doesn't use an elevator. The swimming pool is not large, so it is intended more for a children's pool. What's interesting is the breakfast area on the 3rd floor cafe, the view is calming and the food is quite varied. The hotel crew from waiters, receptionists to security are friendly and responsive. Nice resort to stay.
