The hotel is great and full of facilities. Its a family friendly hotel. The food is good and there are many options from traditional to western. There are also a playground for children to play on. The room is a bit old but comfortable. The service is nice the ambient is nice. Overall is good.

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. The hotel is luxury minimalist. The room is quite cramped but very comfortable oh yes the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is clean. The location is also very strategic in front of the solo singosaren. Next time I hope to stay here again

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

i've stayed here at mid August 2020, with my family. Facade is a new hotel, clean enough. And the location is strategic, in the middle of Tawangmangu, beside the Balekambang Park and Bangun Trisno Resto. So nothing to worry if we need some food in the night. Parking area is small, so if we come late, need to park the car in front of the hotel, near Balekambang Park. The room is clean, even not spacious. Only i don't know why the hot water is just slightly warm. I also checked at the other room is the same. I think maybe the boiler for the water heater not enough. This is opportunity to improve for the hotel. The breakfast are simple, not so much variations of the menu. Maybe this is also need to improve. But overall, this hotel is nice, clean, and the location is strategic.

A hotel with minimalist and unique architecture, only consisting of 3 floors, the 1st & 2nd floors are for hotel rooms with a rather narrow hallway between rooms, the 3rd floor is for a cafe, so it's not surprising that this hotel doesn't use an elevator. The swimming pool is not large, so it is intended more for a children's pool. What's interesting is the breakfast area on the 3rd floor cafe, the view is calming and the food is quite varied. The hotel crew from waiters, receptionists to security are friendly and responsive. Nice resort to stay.

If you can, the entrance ticket to Sarangan is free for hotel stayers by showing proof of staying because it includes service...cleanliness is lacking because the floor looks like it's greasy and the corners are still dirty and there's no soap but it can still be tolerated... there's no balcony behind the room, you have to pay a price that's all, you can get a back balcony..the fried rice and tempe are delicious, the spices taste...
