Bonjour cette hôtel est lamentable chambre insalubre je ne parle même pas de la cuisine je vous mes les photos j’avais réservé pour 10 jours je n’est fait que 3 jours puis j’ai changé d’hôtel la cuisine est local avec très peu de chose à proposer

The staff was very good and treated me and my family very well and made sure we was comfortable throughout our whole stay during our time here and always helped us efficiently when needed. I want to give a big thank you to the bar staff, Raan (In reception), sinan and Hadan (chefs) and especially sherif who especially made us feel welcomed.

Yeşillikler içinde harika bir havası var . Sabah uyandığınızda bol oksijen ve kuş sesleriyle karşılıyor sizi. Ailemle birlikte çok keyif aldık. Tüm personel çık ilgili ve güleryüzlülerdi . Tekrar görüşmek ümidi ile.

Her yıl 2 farklı her şey dahil konsept otele giderim ancak bu otel hayatımda gittiğim en kötü oteldi. Öncelikle odalar çok ama çok pis. Duvarlar sivrisinek ölüleri ile dolu. Yemeklerde sürekli aynı yemeğin farklı versiyonu. Örneğin ilk akşam yemeğinde tavuk haşlama sonra kalan tavukla fırın yemeği ordan kalanla kavurma yapılıyor. Mezeler ilk gün iyiydi ama 4. Gün bile aynı mezenin hala servis ediliyor olması ve mezenin yoğurdunun artık ekşimesi çok ama çok kötü. Ayrıca restoranda yerler yemek artıklarıyla dolu ve sineklerden yemek yemek pek mümkün olmuyor. Restorant açıldığında masaya ilk siz otursanız bile masadaki örtülerin pislik içerisinde olduğunu görüceksiniz. Haftalarca yıkanmadıklarına eminim. Şezlong ve şemsiye yetersiz. Sadece sabah 7 de kalkarsanız üst üste atılmış şezlongları kendiniz açarak bi yer bulabilirsiniz bu durum plaj için de aynı. Bardan ayran istediğimde ayran bitti cevabını aldım. Dolapta 2 koli cam şişeli ayran olduğunu görüp ekstra ücret gerekiyorsa verebilirim ama ayran almak istiyorum dediğimde o ayran kolileri patronun cevabını aldım… otelde neyi tutsanız elinizde kalıyor açıkçası. Fiyatı uygun olduğu için şüphelerim vardı ancak bu kadar kötü olacağını beklemiyordum gerçekten. Bir daha ASLA!!!

We are still here. We started off on a bad footing as the room we thought we had was not the room we were given hence £400 euros more to get what we wanted. Not really the fault of the hotel. Hardly any staff speak English which makes getting information or even basic service such as an de cafe coffee and other foods diabolical. I ordered an English brew at 8am at 9:30 and was told that I would not be getting it. The foods not to bad but definitely not 5 *. This has been our most expensive holiday but by far the worst. I just want to go home if I’m honest. On a positive note the grounds are beautiful especially the Zen Gardens. Expect orders on room service to come at LEAST an hour later. I would check out but don’t have the energy for it. 5 days left 😩
