Room was ok. Nothing so good nothing so bad. Washbasin tap in washroom was broken. For breakfast they gave maggic, omlett and tea. Disappointing

I would like to rate stay as an average experience. Not an outstanding one, but somewhat met expectations, breakfast spread is not vast. Maggie noodles, bread omelet, bread butter and tea. Staff were trying to show 'over care' such that i was losing my privacy while dining there. Room and service is average.

The rooms have all the modern amenities, are super clean, and the food is awesome. The service is also prompt. The rooftop bar is also good. Special mention - The dinner buffet. We stayed for one night. Hotel Sultan Residency is truly a gem in this budget.

Nasir sir was awesome. Food is delicious . The service was top-notch. Full value for the money you pay. I would advice all the traveler visiting kashmir should stay hear because Clean room Friendly staff Good food Kashmir boutique for hand made items

I have stayed in many hotels but this one is the best. ***** with amenities the hospitality of the staff is fabulous. It never felt as if we were with strangers rather it felt like a family. I would highly recommend everyone to come here as it is really a paradise.

Pleasant stay at Sultan Residency Staff were very friendly and they always helped us in every query. Rooms were maintained well but space was less. Food was awesome always. Breakfast dinner all Location is also nice near Niggen lake. Shops are available nearby.

Beautiful experience housekeeping and all the staff were amazing! The food also was amazing since we are from mumbai they guided us throughtout the trip from day 1 till checkout. I would highly suggest to book this stay if you travel to srinagar.

Very good hotel with friendly staff 100% recommended we love the way they talk the way they behave and the way they serve the food and they did everything it was amazing.the beds were comfortable and the mattress was good they gave wonderful advice for the trip
