I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is clean and staffs are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and tasty with variety of food served on the buffet. I also had a wonderful experience as I join their Domba nu raos dinner buffet promo. Foods and drinks are amazing with lot variety of dishes and the taste are delicious as well. Thanks you to Pak Andri, the F&B Manager who has recommend us to join the dinner. I really enjoyed staying at Harper Purwakarta and definitely will comeback anytime. Thanks Harper Purwakarta.

Such a great Hotel, prices are quite reasonable.. My Family was very happy and definitely will come back to stay.. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious swimming pool, and the most important thing is the room was very clean.. The atmosphere overall was very warm and cozy as if you're at home.. Booking this hotel because it was a morning making up, and it happened to be close to my wedding address. Overall good, the fried rice is good. room view of the pool & street toll. the ac is cold, the room is clean, there is a table for the beauty case. weird on weekday, the price of this hotel is more expensive than the weekend price. have a great memories been here for a Night.

Been staying in Mercure Hotel many times. I like to stay this hotel walk 5minit to Karawang Mall, And 15 minit To Johar Market. Breakfast food Very Nice , for Dinner fish and Chip very tasty I love.

This is the first time i've come personally to stay in this hotel. I tried to stay here before in 2018 but i decided to give this hotel another shot since i think that the hotel is very good. First of all, id like to appreciate all the staffs that i met. Sorry i couldn't notice any of the name but the Front office,Housekeeping and the Concierge is very helpful and friendly. But there is a case. I called the operator in the morning and asked for a shaving kit. The operator asked me to wait since he need to ask the housekeeping. I agreed and wait. I think the operator is trying to put me on hold, but he hang up instead. I thought it might be a mistake or something but unfortunately there was no follow up after the sudden end of the call. No call,no staff, and there's no follow up about this. I know hotel might be busy in the weekend as im also working at a hospitality Industry, but this one is just a little bit disappointing for me since i feel that all of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Overall its a nice stay and i will definitely consider to stay again if i have the chance to do so. P.s. i think the condition of room coffee/tea maker could be improved as i feel its not very clean
