We had such a great time at Gold City that we have promised ourselves to go back again. The staff, facilities and especially our room was top notch, honestly the brochure pictures do not do this hotel justice. The Spa, the veiws, the food and the overall feel is such that it will not be easily forgotten.

A lads week away! 5 star, sunny Turkey! Where to begin! The hotel was perfect including the beach bar there were 8 bars to choose from! (Irish bar and disco still not open) 5 different areas to eat! Entertainment was good piano bar and live singer by the pool. Football on projector at the far end of pool all in in the hotel was great. Little hilly but all need to get walking when on all inclusive.(shuttle is available up and down hotel) all the staff were brilliant! The 2 young Mustafas 1 at block B bar and 1 at the main bar made our holiday! Great service from them and their colleagues! Small confusion over room type on arrival but quickly resolved without fuss. Would recommend this hotel to all party types... friends, families, couples it works on all levels! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Très bel hôtel ,propreté impeccable ,alimentation variée ,parc toboggan au top, deux belles piscines,service navette pour la plage très bien ,personnel très agréable et aux petits soins pour nous ,chambre famille au top (deux chambres ,deux salle de bain, lave-vaisselle, four à micro-ondes ,plaque vitrocéramique et le grand plus machine à laver) PS:Merci à Dilek pour ces cocktails

We were at the Gold City Hotel from April 24 to May 1, 2024. It was our 8th stay on Turkey on 5*hotels. We rate Gold City very well. The hotel is located on a beautiful hill with an amazing view during the day and at night. The rooms were cery clean. The food was delicious. In our opinion, there was only not enough seafood, but maybe that was cause it was the beginning of the season. Alcohol was ok, you could easily choose something good. The distance to the beach is quite large but the bus runs every hour. The beach is nice, although we have seen better. There are small stones on it. If you're going to the beach at night, take a blanket, it will be more comfortable :) The hotel Staff was very nice. A great team of animators, especially Hayri and Alper. They organize a party trip to Alanya (Illusion). We recommend.

24 -28 temmuz arası otelde konakladık. Aile odasında 5 kişi kaldık.Saat 14te odaya aldılar hemen. Ets üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırmıştık. Lobide ets ‘den bi bayan arkadaş bizi karşıladı ve yardımcı oldu. Odamız 12. Kattaydı ve balkondan denizin az bir kısmı görünüyordu,dağ manzaralı odaydı. Odamız 2 oda, 2 banyo, 1 oturma odası ve amerikan mutfak ve balkondan oluşuyordu. Balkonu büyüktü.Mutfakta ocak,fırın, bızdolabı, ketil vs mutfak malzemeleri vardı. Tabak , bardak , kaşık, çatal mutfak eşyalarıda vardı ama biz kullanmadık. Herşey dahil konseptinde konakladığımız için yemek içecek herşey ücretsizdi. Odaları beğendik ama ultralüks değildi. Biraz yeniliğe ihtiyaç vardı mobilya açısından. Ama temiz ve tertipliydi. Gündüz temizliği yapıldı ve havlular değişti hergün. Yemekler sabah kahvaltısı öğle yemeği ve akşam yemeği açık büfe idi. 12-4 buçuk arası snack barda yemek vardı. Pide ve gözleme vardı. 15-16 arası dondurması vardı(paket dondurma). Sabah kahvaltısı çeşit olarak yeterliydi. (Pankek,pişi,, omlet,patates kızarması ,yumurta vs.)Meyve her öğünde vardı(karpuz, kavun, şeftali,armut,muz,portakal,kiraz) Zeytin, peynir çeşitleri boldu) Öğlen hiç yemeğe gitmedik. Snack barda yedik. Otelin en sevdiğim konsepti bu oldu çünkü snack barda restaurant usulü hizmet vardı. Yani oturup siparş veriyorsun ve garsonlar getiriyor. Barda pizza ve kremalı makarnasına bayıldık. Şefin ismini sormadık ama buradan çok teşekkür ediyorum 🤗. Akşam yemeği yeterli çeşitlilikteydi. Izgara biraz daha çeşitlenebilirdi. Çorbalarını çok sevdik. Bazı yemeklerin lezzeti bize hitap etmedi ama karnımızı doyuracak yemekler vardı aç kalmadık. İçecek çeşitliliği boldu. Alkollü ve alkolsüz kokteylleri çok çeşitliydi. Personel of demeden yüzünü asmadan herkese yetişmeye çalışıyordu. Asla ters bi tepkiyle karşılaşmadık. Temizlik iyiydi ama daha iyi olabilirdi. Çünkü yemekhane yanındaki tuvalet ve havuz kenarındaki tuvalet çok kokuyordu. Aşırı kullanan olduğu için sanırım temizliğinin biraz daha sık yapılması gerekiyor ve oda kokusuda sıkılabilir. Bu konu biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Havuzlar güzel ve yeterliydi. Aquapark eğlenceliydi. Çalışan personel ilgiliydi. Animatörler elinden geldiğince eğlendirmeye çalışıyordu ve samimiydiler. Akşam eğlenceleri keyifliydi. Çocuklar çocuk kulübüne gitmediler ama bir gün kurabiye yapma etkinliği yaptılar. Burada çocuklarla ilgilenen arkadaşlar çocuklar katılsın diye gördükleri yerde çağırdılar. İşlerini severek yapmaları çok güzeldi. Denizine gelecek olursak deniz epey uzaktı. Otelden servisle götürüyorlardı ve 15 dk kadar sürüyor. Otelin kendine ait plajı var ve oradada 5 te kapanan barı var. Birde ücret karşılığı yemek yiyebileceğiniz 2. Bir bar var. Ama biz orayı tercih etmedik. Denizi taşlıktı ama ayağımıza batmadı sadece kayalar vardı yüzerken dikkat etmek lazım. 3-4 metre sonra derinleşiyordu. Всем добрый день ! Начну свой длинный и честный отзыв про отель . Тур мы купили в апреле 23 года за 320 тыс на 3 взрослых + ребенок 4-х лет . На начало октября . Номер был - вилла два этажа. Про номера и виллы: Подошел день долгожданного отпуска . Я заказала трансфер личный. В отель мы прибыли к полуночи . И нас тут же заселяют на виллу . Ехали долго и были в непонятках как далеко от главного корпуса . Утром проснулись и пошли на завтрак . И тут мы были в шоке . Нас заселили на виллы на предпоследнюю линию . От вилл до главного корпуса с ребенком шли минут 20-30 по жаре , в сопку - это сущий ад . Есть лестницы - но они настолько крутые и длинные - что легче никуда не ходить . Есть конечно развозка - но подстроиться под нее очень тяжело . Я надеялась и верила , что при раннем бронировании нас заселят на виллы поближе к главному корпусу . При чем делали пометку - что у одного человека астма и плюс ребенок . Отель на эти пожелания забили . Ладно , вроде смирились . Но мы три дня жили без горячей воды . Я подходила каждый день на ресепшен и говорила , что нет воды . Ответ был один : мы отправим мастера он посмотрит . Мастер посмотрел - сказал что все нормально . На третий день вечером , в свой день рождения , я еще раз подошла и напомнила про воду . Не обошлось без скандала . Через 30 минут нам говорят , что один бак течет , через 15 минут мы вас переселяем . И нас переселили -ЕЩЕ ДАЛЬШЕ, НА ПОСЛЕДНЮЮ ЛИНИЮ ВИЛЛ. А там спуски такие адовые, что легче скатиться кубарем . И до разводки той же еще шлепать минут 7 по сопке крутой . На утро состоялся очередной скандал на ресепшене. Все меня посылали куда подальше от одного человека к другому . По итогу всеми правдами и не правдами - за дополнительную плату через 6 дней нас переселили в главный корпус двухкомнатный номер . И тут отпуск заиграл новыми красками . За все дни проживания на вилле мы наматывали вверх -вниз по 30 тыс шагов каждый день , согласитесь такой себе отпуск ?! В номерах/виллах присутствует вайфай, ловит отлично . На территории отель , бассейна , пляжа - почти не ловит. Номера чистые , убирались каждый день , так же меняли полотенца и постельное . Есть кухня, чайник и стиральные машинки . Мы купили порошок и стирались сами . Территория: Территория очень большая , все зелено . Но! По всей территории ездят машины , развозки , автобусы . Детей не отпустишь побегать , только за ручку рядом . Спуски крутые . Все развлечения находятся в главном корпусе, бассейн , питание , полотенца менять все там . Разводки до пляжа и вилл тоже с главного корпуса . Развлечения: Для детей каждый вечер в 20:30 программа ( танцы под музыку) , все однотипное . Для взрослых в 21:20 где то начинается программа . Либо в амфитеатре, либо около бассейна . Каждый вечер разная программа . Для взрослых прям очень разнообразно и все понравилось . Шумных вечеринок до утра нет . Это семейный все же отель . Днем тоже какие-то развлекухи есть . Так же платно есть бильярд , боулинг и еще что-то. Питание:

Pros... there are too many to mention but i will try. Stunning scenery. Lovely food lots of choice. Gorgeous rooms cleaned every day. Fantastic pools very clean and plenty of beds. A la carte was a lovely treat great food and service. Lots of drink choices tho a bit too strong but went down well. Not many staff speak great english but there again we were not in England we were in Turkey . Great shuttle service to the gorgeous beach which you get all inclusive food and drink. Staff helpful and friendly. Now the cons. A long transfer but we did know beforehand. The shuttle to b block should be more often and no food in b block pool area that was the only downside. Would definatly return.

I feel this hotels pictures are false a lot of it isn’t open to use, especially when you go with a big family the pictures are what attracted us to this. You miss out on night life if you enjoy that as a holiday as you’re restricted with the buses that run from the hotel down into the little town and then onto the city. Air conditioning unit was leaking on our first night took them two nights to sort this not great when we had our two year old with us and I was pregnant. You have to pay for the games/bowling in the entertaining part which I feel isn’t right when half of the things aren’t open there and if your all inclusive! Booked holiday through onthebeach and for sure these pictures are fake as there is no crazy golf etc! They have a map outside the hotel showing you all that is on their grounds well that’s fake too! Pretty much all of the staff are so rude, no one will happily help you got eyes rolled at us walked in front of many times or I don’t know reply’s . The food choice is very much catered for particular cultures so not great for us as a family and really hard for choices for kids. Lighting on the floors to your bedroom is really dark in the evenings-scary and dangerous. Not much choice of evening entertainment for the family. You get a towel card and get them from the spa and take them back daily as if you don’t they don’t have enough for the next day! Should be situated up by the pool not down where it’s suppose to be a relaxing part-the spa! Kids park is so unsafe don’t think maintenance has been reviewed in a long time! Ice-creams only open for an hour a day not long enough when you have kids and you’re on holiday in an all inclusive! Be mindful to check for bugs going around in Turkey before you go as my little one got very poorly when we were out there! Also heard lots of other people did too! Won’t be returning to this hotel!!

Full review - 9 days in Room - We was given three bedroom suite. It is huge living room/kitchen three bedrooms all with own air conditioner and three bathrooms. Two walk in showers and one shower with whirlpool bath. Cleaners came every day and left water. The cleaners where amazing with our three children Main buffet restaurant - Always managed to find a table for 5 even at busy peak times. Food was varied and really nice. Managed to find something every time we ate there for two small children. Aqua park snack bar - Little gem here normally very quiet and has a small very child friendly menu. Open from 12:30 even though the aqua park is shut for lunch. Staff in here super friendly and looked after us very well. Pool snack bar - Slightly bigger menu here. Pizzas are superb. Uphill lounge (paid for) Fantastic food, service and views. They do have a separate kids menu that we couldn’t find outside. Swimming pool - we always managed to find a couple of loungers no matter what time we went. The pools are very clean and warm even at this time of year. The lifeguard by the baby pool is superb. We didn’t see any entertainment as most days we was at the aqua park or out and about. Aqua park - BRILLIANT!!! We went most days at 12 when it was turned off as it is quiet (normally just us) so our kids could play in the children’s bit. Slides no big ques.. single rafts not a problem to get. When it got busy the lifeguard stopped repeat riding on the double rafts what I thought was very fair as every one got a go. Beach - only used it the once. Kids preferred the water park. We did use the bus to get to the beach then walk to the Migros( supermarket) and get snacks. Taxi back up was 155tl metered. Entertainment - was really good every night. The lad on the bar at the amphitheatre is so friendly and great at his job. Hotel guest relations - now this is the best part. No issues contacting Eda Emir Zelluhoğlu. She is very very good at her job. We had one very slight problem. It was dealt with straight away. We have had a brilliant holiday and plan to return again next October!!
