Мы уже в течении 15 лет приезжаем на лечение в Карловы Вары и последние 4 года проходим лечение в отеле Мадонна, благодаря прекрасному врачу Бочаровой Татьяне. Специалист высочайшего уровня, как говорят врач от Бога, которых не так часто встретишь в наше время. Доктор Бочарова лечит не только медикаментами но и добрым словом, благодаря её высокому профессионализму, вниманию и искреннему желанию помочь людям, хочется приезжать и приезжать в Мадонну. Обязательно будем рекомендовать всем своим друзьям лечение в отеле Мадонна с грамотным и квалифицированным врачом Бочаровой Татьяной и ждём, чтобы опять приехать на лечение к врачу, которая всегда с теплотой и вниманием относится к своим пациентам. Мне в отеле очень понравилось. Люблю небольшие отели! Персонал доброжелателен, еда вкусная, в СПА много разных приятных и полезных процедур. Место просто превосходное, не далеко источники, и одновременно тихое и спокойное место в минутке от центральной площади. Атмосфера и энергетика в отеле очень хорошая. Очень много гостей русскоговорящих, что очень радует, можно знакомится и общаться, и вместе даже съездить на экскурсию либо сходить на концерт.

все очень душевно! чем меньше отель, тем больше к тебе внимания, тем уютнее атмосфера: больше тепла и энергии получаешь от персонала, вкуснее еда, нет очередей на завтраках. спа в отеле великолепное, все как будто ты королева, все крутится вокруг тебя, рядом источники с водичкой, рядом центральная площадь. Если вы хотите остановить время – то пусть оно остановиться в отеле KARLSBAD GRANDE MADONNA

Все очень понравилось. Курортный отель расположен прямо в сердце Карловых Вар, вблизи известного источника N° 1 – Вржидло (Гейзер) с термальной лечебной водой. Современный спа-центр с большим выбором процедур: различные ванны, все виды массажа, популярные газовые инъекции.

Прекрасно с мужем отдохнули 5 дней в этом замечательном отеле. Замечания отсутствуют. Порадовала кухня, великолепный персонал отеля, велнес-процедуры были очень приятные. Давно так не отдыхали с мужем. Этот замечательный отель оказался намного лучше пятизвёздочных, в которых мы раньше останавливались здесь в Карловых Варах. Желаем Karlsbad Grande Madonna процветания и хороших благодарных туристов!

Excellent hotel. Very tasty food. Very polite staff. I will definitely come again. Liked literally everything. I want to note that the hotel is located in the very center, all the healing springs are nearby.
