Inexpensive hotel in the very center. Great service. Fresh authentic renovation in an ancient building. Parking is expensive: 20 euros, but this price is everywhere in the city center. Breakfast 8 euros, buffet, I liked it.

The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary and all attractions can be reached on foot. The scenery is particularly great. It's just a bit troublesome to park your car there. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the old town.

Situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary this hotel is in an old style building and require some improvements.
The room was spacious but the bedding was not for a 4 star level. There were no toiletries available except the first day and not for two people. There was no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom and the hair drier was a joke running for about 10 seconds before cutting off. We found dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor and no complimentaries except coffee and tea the first day.
The breakfast was very skimpy with some bread rolls of 3-4 days old and poor variety food.
We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend to others.

Wir wurden sehr offen , höflich und völlig unkompliziert empfangen. Das Zimmer war, sehr schön eingerichtet und verhälnismäßig groß. Die Minibar war zu sehr annehmberen Preisen !!! zu nutzen. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum, so dass wir alles, sehr gut fußläufig erreichen konnten. Kralovy Vary ist in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert, mit seiner beeindruckenden Architektur, den freundlichen Menschen und einfach, seinem besonderen Flair....
Wir können diese Stadt und dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder...

I stayed there for 3 days in March 2024 and was pleasantly surprised about how good it was in every aspect. The room was big and clean and warm with balcony facing the main street in Karlovy. The breakfast was great. The bathroom was modern with instant hot water in the shower. There was cozy athmosphere and music in the breakfast room. This hotel is old but well maintained and good looking inside and out. The staff was friendly and check in and check out was fast and easy. There is plenty of hiking trails around Karlovy Vary. Just leave the hotel and in couple of minutes you are on those trails. The location is top and the value for money could not have been better. Probably my best stay ever anywhere in the world considering the price and I have travelled a lot and for over 40 years now.
