Our room was the very best and most beautiful one could wish. The personel is super kind without exaggerations. A truly wonderful experience! Having the swimming pool on our floor allowed us to swim every morning before breakfast. The food was carefully made and one can choose to follow a diet or eat "nomally".

Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet og egen parkering. Det at rommet ikke har aircondition trekker ned totalopplevelsen. Kort vei til byens serverdigheter, anbefaler en fottur til Diana lookouttower på «toppen» av Karlovy.

Beautiful room with everything in great shape. Bedroom itself had a good size and on top of it there was a proper foyer fit for a large apartment. Hotel's own spa is very small but enough for a refreshing quick morning swim. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Location of the hotel is great.

I start by saying that I'm not a picky eater but please don't go to this hotel. We had a reservation for 2 nights with a spa, when we arrived they told us that the spa is closed that day, that they are very sorry but there was no solution or anything. We put up with it, it is what it is, they give us the key to the room and when we go upstairs the room has not been cleaned. I go down to say it and in the end they give us another one. We had half board, dinner was until 7:30 p.m., we went down at 6:45 p.m. and there was nothing for dinner. We had a welcome drink which was impossible to get. The next day we changed dinner for lunch and the meat was to kill a man. The only good thing was the breakfast and the treatments, not wonderful but acceptable because the spa area is lousy. It only has a pool with warm water and a jacuzzi with warm water, a jacuzzi for 2-3 people, being a hotel with 5 floors of rooms. The sauna does not open until 4:00 p.m. When we left they asked me how was it, I gave them the ticket for the welcome drink and told them that I couldn't get it, the answer was that if I wanted to have it now...and when they ask me how was everything and I tell them that it was bad, I They say next time talk to the person in charge. There won't be a next time, that's for sure, and I already talked to the girl at the front desk and she didn't do anything either. As a regular Hotel as a lousy Spa
