Ein sehr schönes historisches Hotel, welches sich hervorragend in seine Umgebung einfügt. Die Ausstattung empfand ich auch als Standesgemäß, wobei man nicht in jede Ecke schauen sollte. Im öffentlichen Spabereich waren die Becken und Saunen relativ kühl, einige Saunen erreichten nicht die angegebene Temperatur.
Das Personal sehr freundlich, wobei die Fremdsprachenkenntnisse nicht unbedingt einem solchen Haus würdig erscheinen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und reichhaltig. Frische Eierspeisen werden dabei auf Bestellung gereicht.
Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für das Hotel. Am Tag der Abreise hatte der Hauptbucher des Zimmers Geburtstag, das Geburtsdatum wurde beim Check-In erfasst. Es gab diesbezüglich keine Aufmerksamkeit o.ä., kein Weltuntergang aber bei einem solchen Hotel erwarte ich das einfach.
Alles in allem, würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hotel is luxurious and comfortable!!! Well kept and clean. Excellent breakfasts. But the best is personal. Guys are very helpfull… from check in, through stay till the departure. I always like to come back! I warmly recommend this hotel. One of the best (from my POV) in the world….

Der Empfang war wirklich super und total nett. Unser Zimmer im achten Stock war ok, allerdings nicht recht geräumig, was allerdings für zwei Tage total genügt hat. Das Frühstück in Form vom Buffet ist super! Das Abendessen (auch Buffet) könnte ggf. etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Der Wellnessbereich ist einmalig! Pool, Saunen, Ruheraum alles vorhanden und super sauber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet, die Ausstattung war hochwertig und das Personal äußerst angenehm. Die Saunalandschaft war stets angenehm leer, und die Detox-Behandlungen waren von herausragender Qualität, insbesondere möchte ich Dr. Farida Omarova loben. Leider gab es jedoch ein erhebliches Problem mit dem Parkservice: Obwohl wir für einen teuren Hotelparkplatz bezahlt hatten, war später unser Auto nicht vor Ort, als wir gegen 19 Uhr einige Sachen abholen wollten. Es gab niemanden, der das Auto bringen oder uns bei der Entnahme unserer Sachen unterstützen konnte. Es hieß, dass unser Auto erst am nächsten Tag ab 7 Uhr zur Verfügung steht und wir haben gar keine Möglichkeit an das Auto ran zu kommen. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist ein solches Versäumnis inakzeptabel.

Schönes Grandhotel in guter Lage in Karlsbad. Alles sehr gediegen und geschmackvoll ohne altbacken zu wirken. Schöner Spa-Bereich, sehr gutes Frühstück und auch ansonsten sehr guter Service. Tolle Bars. Betten ein wenig hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Schöner Aufenthalt.
