One of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary... delicious breakfasts and amazing medicine ❤️🇨🇿 spa area at the level👌 visited the Cryo chamber 😊 one of the best in the Czech Republic and the best in Karlovy Vary... my husband and I will return many times

Hotel is luxurious and comfortable!!! Well kept and clean. Excellent breakfasts. But the best is personal. Guys are very helpfull… from check in, through stay till the departure. I always like to come back! I warmly recommend this hotel. One of the best (from my POV) in the world….

The reception was really great and very friendly. Our room on the eighth floor was OK, but not very spacious, which was more than enough for two days. The breakfast buffet is great! The evening meal (also buffet) could be a bit more varied. The wellness area is unique! Pool, saunas, relaxation room, everything is there and super clean! We'll be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, there was a significant problem with the valet parking: although we had paid for an expensive hotel parking space, our car was not there later when we went to pick up some things at around 7 p.m. There was no one to bring the car or help us collect our things. We were told that our car would not be available until 7 a.m. the next day and we had no way of getting to the car. For a hotel of this class, such an oversight is unacceptable.

Beautiful grand hotel in a good location in Karlovy Vary. Everything is very dignified and tasteful without being old-fashioned. Beautiful spa area, very good breakfast and otherwise very good service. Great bars. Beds a little hard, but that's a matter of taste. Nice stay.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and lives up to its five stars in every way. You get a warm welcome. Everything is clean and the ambience is just great. The rooms are very stylishly furnished with super comfortable beds and the breakfast is excellent. There are also gluten-free dishes and alternative milk on request. You can really indulge yourself in the large wellness area and there is always someone from the service there to answer questions or help. Our package also included two wellness treatments that were carried out very professionally. Here you could tell that the ladies doing the massage also had medical knowledge. The location of the hotel is also perfect for exploring the city.

Not 5 star superior! The breakfast was extensive, egg dishes were freshly prepared. The rooms are spacious and the bed is large, but with very hard mattresses. The wellness area is nice, actually it could be nice, but 80% of the people pay no attention to hygiene and none of the employees say anything. It's really disgusting when they go into the sauna in their swimwear and then jump into the pools. It was completely unpleasant, which is more than suboptimal if you're coming for the saunas and to relax. The noise level is also far too high.
