Отель очень милый, чистый и очень приятная обстановка сопровождается музыкой. Вы реально попадаете в обстановку замка, о чем напоминает все- шторы, ковровые покрытия, картины. Очень удобная кровать. Комната комфорт с балконом. Вид великолепный!!! Горы, церковь, в которой органные концерты и маленькие домики в стиле барокко. В отеле есть трасса , где проходят завтраки

The hotel largely lived up to its promise. A short uphill walk from the town centre, more gaudy than grand in appearance. The Presidential Suite is huge, with grand views over much of the town. Even so, there was no milk provided for coffee and you even had to pay for coffee pods from the mini bar! The gym was pathetic but the pool area was nice, small and seemingly recently renovated. The sauna is only on at night. VERY limited parking is available on-site (not suitable for huge vehicles) and I would suggest reserving in advance.

If you don’t like crowds this is the one to stay at. Centrally located, close to Hot Springs, shopping and restaurants. Just short walk up hill and you are in the quite area with beautiful views. Very large standard room with separate bedroom, had 2 small TVs. We were also lucky and got balconies, which are not guaranteed. Hotel has air conditioning if needed. You can buy room with breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet included. Hotel has restaurant on the 2nd floor where clients are eating. Food was very delicious and restaurant staff is always friendly and smiling. Recommending using this option: tasty food , good variety of meals and saves money and time. Hotel offers Spa with various procedures, various baths , laser, massage for additional cost, pretty affordable. Swimming pool, sauna and salt room are free. Spa personnel is amazing. Reception was helpful, they communicate in Czech, German, English, Russian. Karlovy Vary is beautiful hot springs resort which you will like, capital Prague and Germany are less than 2 hours drive from there. You should be able to enjoy its style if you get the vibe. Definitely recommend if someone is looking to relax, get some hot mineral water trea**ent in the heart of Old Classic Europe.

We absolutely enjoyed our two-week stay at Schlosspark spa-hotel which has given us even more than we expected. The room was really spacious, clean and cosy with a comfy bed and with three windows facing the city landmarks - and the view was fantastic, both day and night. It was full of sunshine and the blackout curtains were helpful during the hot summer days. The room is also provided with a climate control system so the summer heat was no problem. The bathroom was also big and sunny with 2 windows, a shower cabin and a ventilation system. In the restaurant we had Full Board which was served as buffet with a wide choice of salads, hot meals, desserts and drinks. The chefs and all the restaurant workers deserve thumbs up! Each morning, except Sundays, we had some trea**ent procedures in the spa-centre, and in the afternoons we could enjoy swimming in the hotel pool and relaxing in the next-door salt room. We found the location challenging only on the very first days but a bit later we got used to walking up and down, besides, the distance is not so long. All in all, we are really thankful to all the staff - that's really a place we'd like to get back next year!
