If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. We stayed here during Chris**as. Karlovy Vary is full of hotel options, many of which are expensive and corporate. This place is family owned and has a local feel. From the moment we entered, the staff cared enough to ask if we had dinner reservations for Chris**as dinner and when we didn’t, assisted us on his own in calling around to find an option for us and making us a reservation. They asked what time we would like breakfast on Chris**as morning and nice home cooked breakfast is provided for hotel guests daily. We chose a basic room in line with our budget but it was clean, the water pressure was great, and it served our every need. The location of this hotel is perfect- right across from coffee shops and restaurants, the Becherovka distillery and a short walk to the hot springs. Parking is about 800m walk away but you can drop your bags off at the hotel before parking, and it is discounted and in a secured underground garage. 10/10 would stay here again.
