EA Hotel Elefant

O Hotel é muito simples, mas oferta o básico para relaxar e aproveitar a vista do Rio e do Teatro em frente. Além disto a confeitaria/bar Elefant no térreo é mágica. Foi um pouco confuso entender que a recepção e o café da manhã eram em outro hotel próximo, porque meus idiomas são português, francês e espanhol. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa porque todo o staff foi super cordial e se empenhou em me auxiliar em tudo, eu amei muito e quero voltar porque fiquei apaixonada pelo lugar.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hôtel avec réservation de dernière minute. Accueil tardif et très prévenant d’un très gentil jeune homme que je souhaite remercier et féliciter ( dans un autre hôtel car il n’y a pas de réception à l’hôtel éléphant).La chambre était très spacieuse pour 3 avec un balcon, vraiment très confortable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bouilloire. Le petit déjeuner est servi également dans un autre établissement, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner correct mais pas de fruits du tout. En revanche, un des serveurs ne portait pas du tout de masque ( pas plus que le personnel en cuisine !), tout comme la clientèle qui entrait et sortait de la salle. Nous étions une poignée à respecter le port du masque, et cela ne m’a pas mise à l’aise. Le problème est aussi de savoir où se garer en cas d’arrivée nocturne, car l’hôtel est en zone piétonne au bord de l’eau ( emplacement idéal pour se promener néanmoins).et notre GPS était perdu. J’aurais mis 5 étoiles si le personnel avait respecté les consignes sanitaires en vigueur mais nous avons constaté qu’au café Éléphant, les employées ne portaient pas non plus de masque ( ni de sourire )

sehr zentral, sehr sauber, sehr schöne Vorhänge im Zimmer. Sehr netter check in & out von der selben Dame. Sehr schönes Frühstücksrestaurant. Kommen gerne wieder. Unschlagbares Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank!

Lovely location even if the hotel is dated, very spacious room with a lovely balcony facing the theater and a spectacular view !! The only drawback at the reception: asked where I park saying that I have 82-year-old parents, I was given the address without reporting the presence of a funicular !! 500m mountaineer's sloping walk!!

The view from this hotel is incredible. The staff provided by the staff of the wonderful Atlantic Hotel, they helped me tirelessly, the receptionists, both night and morning shifts, I leave my thanks, you are great people and it makes a great difference, from here in Brazil my hugs, because I never expected so much efficiency and goodwill, were top. The breakfast is very good and the lack of reception at the ELEFANT hotel in the supporting hotel did not affect the stay at all. And the view of the hotel is incredible. As instalaciones são muito simples, mas o staff prestato pelo pessoale do Hotel Atlantic maravilhoso, foram incansáveis em me auxiliar, tanto o recepcionista do turno da noite como a da manhã, deixo meu agradecimento, vocês são otimas pessoas e isto é um grande differential, daqui do Brasil meu abraço porque nunca esperei tanta efficiency e boa volta, foram top. O café da manhã é muito bom e a falta de reception no hotel ELEFANT acetar no hotel de apoio em nada prejudicou a estadia.
