The hotel looks good and bright. The breakfast is very good. The spa and wellness gives it a big plus. The logistic route is not handy. First to go with one elevator and then to change to another to get in your room...... We were unlucky that during our stay the watersupply was cleaned. Gaves us 2 days not water in the morning, came after some hours. One of the receptionist didn't speak English at all......you would say in these modern times a must.

Terrible service, terrible food. Stingy prople conniving. I am not surebwhuch other place with meals prepaid..dares to provide such a poor quality. If u go for excursion and missing your paid off meal...they may replace tiyr food with 2 piecesbof bread and crackers. If you come 10 min later and left hungry.. without any water even. Mineral barhs made with crystals given in your room. Terrible...no water fountains. Save your money

Location good, room good, maybe would have been nice to have a bath but shower worked well. Breakfast very good, highlight was scrambled eggs. An additional coffee machine would have been good to lessen the waiting time in the morning for that all important coffee:) Great Hotel with helpful, pleasant staff

Everything was amazing, very clean, nice spa, just great... The neighborhood is very nice. Modern hotel at the best place near colonnade, top service, the staff is really helpful, the rooms are large comfortable, and quiet, best wellness

With vast experience staying in Karlovy Vary in various 4- and 5-star hotels, I have just discovered a new (10 years) this hotel. Let me clarify that I am writing this review while staying in this hotel room, and this is not the holiday season, which is mid-January. + Reception. Great hall, there's a place to wait. The administrator is always in place. There is an assistant to accommodate guests and luggage. You'll be given a card for a welcome drink at the bar. Quick registration. + Restaurant. There is always a choice of dishes. For the kids! You will always find food for a child of any age. Soups and porridge are delicios. There is always free tea, fruit drinks and paid alcohol. Perfect service, professional waiter service. There is not a single minus. (Respect for the hotel owner) + Room. Single rooms have good full beds. The rooms have a good free space. Inside is always warm, outside rain + 3. Hot water is available at any time of the day!!!! This means that they do not skimp for guests. (Respect for the hotel owner) Comfortable bed and pillows No kettle. + Cleaning of premises. Ideally and daily, at a time when it's convenient for you. + My sincere thanks to Mr. Marush (spinal traction) .kab.27 I recommend you to my friends. There are many other good and conscientious employees here. except for two. One is like a outdated blond admin in balneo and massage therapist in kab.8.These workers need to be fired. The elderly blonde administrator of balneo is tired of customers.I told her to her face that she was not working well and that she was unpleasant, and she replied that she was glad of it.And the massage therapist from kab.8 is constantly late for customers.You should always wait for her because she is busy with her own affairs.They probably don't understand that people spend money on this treatment and on a ticket.they find free time and want to get rest, treatment and positive.Only negativity and lowers respect for the hotel.I advise everyone to contact another administrator Svetlana and have a respectful attitude towards yourself New equipment.
