Excellent. Hotel was in a great location, clean, staff was helpful and courteous. Room was spacious with balcony, which was very nice. Breakfast spread was also very nice (selection and amount). We were really impressed with the value of the stay here. We did opt to pay extra for the included dinner, which was well worth it. I would rate the dinner 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
This is a 160 year old hotel, so expect things to be dated. However the keep it in good shape so that adds to the charm. You will not be disappointed here. I only wish the shower was a bit bigger…other than that, I thought it was great!

A localização é excelente, a poucos metros do centro e de tudo que importa.
O quarto é maravilhoso, quente, confortável. A cama imensa e os travesseiros incríveis. Queria um para mim.
O staff foi super atenciosos. Os mais simpáticos que encontramos em toda República Tcheca. Até lanchinho prepararam para nós porque tínhamos que sair de madrugada por conta do nosso voo.
Recomendamos e queremos voltar lá um dia

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, grandioser Blick vom Balkon, tolles Zimmer, wunderschöne Massagen, toller Service mit einem sehr leckeren Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplätze sind zum Glück in der Nähe. Es kann kein besseres Hotel geben, die 4 Sterne könnten auch gerne 5 Sterne sein!

Zum 5. Mal im Hotel – zum 5. Mal kann nur weiterempfehlen - ruhig, sauber, freundlich. Ich schätze, bei dieser riesigen Hotelauswahl in Karlovy Vary würde niemand 5 Mal das gleiche Hotel buchen, wenn es seinen Vorstellungen (und zwar ziemlich anspruchsvollen) nicht entsprechen würde. Ich wusste gar nicht das es sowas noch gibt. Scheinbar hat es doch einen Unterschied, ob man in einem guten Business Hotel in D absteigt oder in einem guten 4 Sternehotel in einem Ort wo gefühlt 80% der Hotels 4 Sterne haben. Um es kurz zu machen: Personal top, extrem freundlich Betten top, selten so gut geschlafen Allgemeiner Pflegezustand, sehr gut Frühstück.... Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Extrem umfangreich, sehr gute Produkte, für Leute mit normalen Ansprüchen mehr als gut. Lage, man ist in 1 min bei den Quellen. Man kann natürlich suchen und findet auch was, für mich ein gelungener Aufenthalt, der nach Wiederholung ruft.

Es war super! Die Parkplätze sind einen kurzen Fußmarsch vom Hotel entführt. Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr sauber das wenn man das Klo angefasst hat das man seine eigenen Fingerabdrücke gesehen hat. Das Ehebeet war groß und hatte eine ca. 45cm dicke Matratze. Selbst das Ausziehbett hatte eine mindestens 30cm dicke Matratze. Man konnte gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen da es sehr ruhig war. Die Quellen sind ein paar Minuten Fußweg weg. Das Hotel liegt an sich sehr gut. Direkt unterm Hotel ist ein Mini Markt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man hatte viel Auswahl, und es gab alleine 11 verschiedene Marmeladen Das Personal am Anreißetag an der Rezeption und auch am Abreißetag waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Personal im Hotelrestaurant war top! Auf Nachfrage durften wir auch ohne Probleme auf unserem gebuchten Parkplatz bis 14 Uhr stehen bleiben. Ca. 800m vom Hotel ist auch eine sehr schöne russische Kirche die von dort sehr einfach zu erreichen ist und auf dem Weg zu dieser kommt man auch an einem Wachsfigurenkabinett vorbei. Es gab 2 Aufzüge im Hotel die sehr groß waren und auch sehr gut geputzt sind. Fazit ist das unser Aufenthalt super war und wir defenitiv nochmal kommen werden und es auch weiterempfehlen werden
