Unsere Betten waren beim Bezug des Zimmers nicht frisch bezogen und das Fenster hatte keine Vorhänge, so dass man vom Nachbarhaus direkt auf unser Bett schauen konnte. Nach telefonischer Reklamation (Empfang war nicht besetzt) kurzfristig ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen. Leider war der Zimmerkey nur für eine Nacht freigeschaltet, wir hatten aber 2 Nächte gebucht, so dass wir wiederum reklamieren mussten.
Es wurden jedes Mal kurzfristig gute Lösungen geboten, besser wäre gewesen, es hätte nichts zu reklamieren gegeben.
Die Lage war gut, direkte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Renoviertes Zimmer klein, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Zur Frontseite etwas laut, da die Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel hält.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit freundlichen Personal.

Hôtel bien situé. L'on trouve des places de stationnement libres à proximité. La chambre que nous avons eue, récemment rénovée était absolument calme, ne donnant pas sur rue. A mon goût, l'horaire du ptit-déj. le dimanche avant 10h, c'est trop tôt, et il est plutôt strict. J'ai mis moyen en eco-responsabilité, car la chambre était vraiment surchauffée en arrivant : il faut mieux monter le niveau quand on a froid, que l'inverse. Mis à part ces détails, très bonne expérience.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Check-in über den Automaten am Eingang mit dem zugesandten Code hat problemlos funktioniert. Es mit mehreren Straßenbahnlinien vom Zentrum und Haubtbahnhof und anderen Stadtteilen gut erreichbar.

Der Check-in mit der Keybox funktioniert sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nichts besonderes, aber sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer ließ sich kaum abdunkeln, was sehr unvorteilhaft ist, da direkt vor dem Haus Straßenlaternen stehen. Das Frühstück hat mich positiv überrascht und war für die Preisklasse vielfältig.

Hotel ist günstig, Frühstück ok. Das erste Zimmer roch nach Chemie. Es wurde uns unkompliziert das Apar**ent angeboten. Die Lage direkt an der S-Bahn ist eine Katastrophe.
