Hotel Dreamz Residency

You are going to have a horrible experience with this hotel. Room size is 10*12 for their super deluxe room and bathroom is very small. No cleanliness. I booked online for hotel dreamz residency but they insisted me to go in hotel dreamz which is old construction based and very poor service. You won't get even half an hour of extension after check out time 12. No towel or room sleeper Or toothpaste. You have to arrange every thing by your own. Very suffocating rooms there is no window available.

Worst rooms according to price. Rooms were totally dirty & nobody bothered to clean the rooms.

Property is good and well location, good service all members and over all well nice property.

Just on entering the hotel one feels sick. Everything was torn/old dirty. They even didn't supply tooth brushes/paste. Rat was there to welcome us in the room. We kept awake all night fearing rat nuisance. What else. Done. Thanks. We had a wonderful breakfast. Toasts without butter/jam along-with tea.

Hotel is at most approachable location of city. Place is very clean and hygienic and follows safety standards.

I had been there with my entire family for my bro's wedding. Honestly speaking, I didn't realize at 1st that we were being 'chained' by the owners with their many restrictions because I haven't stayed outside like this anytime in my life but after coming back home and thinking back on what happened, I am soo noy satisfied with the stay. 1st of all, the lady isn't hospitable at allll. She had the nerve to talk down about our own family member in front of us when we had a complaint against their management. She didn't even budge when two of her dogs went running behind my lil' nephew who was horror struck for a while when that happened. And to think that they would lack the humanity to not even let my sister to feed her baby when it was crying so badly and to stop the water supply for us evevn before we could completely check out [some of us were still having out lunch then], and to not let us use washrooms and we had to go ask them for permission to use it, leaves a reallyy very bad taste in my memory now. ＞__＜ There are many more things which didn't go down well at alll for soo many of my family members and none of us was pleased with the treatment we got there.
