Location and food is good. Front desk staff and valet staff requires improvement. The staff should be provided training about hospitality.

Worst toilet bad smell in washroom . Tap is not working and room fan noise all night … and all room washroom is worst … please don’t go to Prem plaza

Once i have checked in hotel i ask to 2 towel n water they refused and after i received one hrs later

Room was booked for 3 adults, they allotted small room to us which was smoking room, after request they shifted us to another room which was big enough to have extra bed & no smoking smell was there. It is important for hotels to keep smoking & non smoking rooms separate. Secondly, shower area didnt have any partition or floor elevation due to which the entire bathroom was wet & not so clean.
