I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

The Wild Flow Hotel in Karpacz is located about 2 km from the center of Karpacz, and has been found by the noise and the turmoil of the crowd of tourists in the season, all of which is ideal. The main building with reception, restaurant, cafe and swimming pool. The hotel is in category 3 stars. In my opinion, it is fully worth it, and maybe even 4 ****. The room is very well equipped. In the rooms large, comfortable, wide marriage beds, sofa, chairs and other furniture. The kettle and refrigerator is also in the room. TV. Refrigerator, coffee and tea cooking set, daily supplemented and without limit super mineral water. Clean without charge. The cleaning ladies serve and fulfill. The reception service is very nice. Buffet meals are very abundant and quite diverse, with coffee, tea and juices, fruit and cake. You can really eat for resistance and no one should complain. Additional towels. Three working saunas: dry Finnish, steam-great and steam. Besides, everything was OK. On the spot bar serves cold beer and drinks. WIFI in the room works without charge. General rating very positive. A place with potential, but with numerous shortcomings that are essentially disrupting your stay. First, an additionally paid unguarded parking near the property. At such location the resort should be included in the price of the room. No information about a paid parking at your phone reservation. In the bedroom unfolded sofa with extra bed, which dissolves significantly deteriorating sleep quality. Total failure. A very loud oven that switches at night, noises sleep disturbing. The fireplace/case in the room, so advertised in the offer, requires extra purchase of wood (!) - no information about this at the time of booking. The kitchenette is very poorly equipped- contrary to the description on the website. The room cleaning and towels exchange only after 4 days of stay (!). The bathroom bath is severely bitten by the tooth of time, it requires definitely renovation or exchange. The room has a balcony with a view directly to the nearby windows of the buildings across from the room. It is not true that the information from the website that you can admire views from the balcony, unless you mention views of the children's playroom or guest room checked in front of you. The pool-saun complex with potential, but surrounded by a huge number of children, is a terrible harmider and chaos. A good solution to praise is the pool only for adults from 20.30. During our stay, however, the pool was temporarily closed due to alleged accident or pollution- we did not receive any compensation. Some of the ladies in the reception are very unfriendly, decent Italian restaurant, we're not going back anymore.

Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.

Very good hotel, or more precisely guesthouse. Located at the steep street, nearby the chairlift to Szrenica. This area is very busy and difficult to park the car. Fortunately, the entity has some parking places, even cleaned from the snow every morning. The common area is good organized, with the rich collection of books and magazines about wines. The breakfast is served in the basement and offers the varied menu. In the building there is also possibility to order the dinner or some snacks, plus interesting wines, including local ones. The staff is very kind and friendly and keeps the hotel very clean and tidy. My only objection is size of our double room on the ground floor. It’s definitely too small, like for this property, with so good reputation. It’s also related to the price, which seems to be too high for the category of our double room.

We've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.
