Mooi gelegen hotel met strand en uiterst vriendelijk personeel (met uitzondering van restaurant manager) Ontbijt redelijk. Door lage bezetting eerste dagen een lijst om aan te vinken wat je wilde eten, later in buffetvorm. Twee keer hier gegeten met diner wat een bijzonder slechte ervaring was. Ook op een lijst aankruisen wat je wilde maar erg weinig keus en niet lekker. Eten was absoluut niet 5 sterren waardig.

Huge disappoin**ent—not recommended. While the building was modern, clean, attractive and rooms well-maintained, the hotel was not well run. Restaurant: Breakfast—plentiful but unattractive, tasteless plates of sliced tomatoes, canned mushrooms and fruit. Not worthy of its five star rating. Dinner—we were cautioned by other hotel guests, including the TUI tour director, of the poor for which quality which they charged 25 Euros; dry and cream covered meals. Local eateries in the neighborhood charged half of the hotel's unworthy food cost and wonderful excellent cuisine. “Customer Service”--Hotel charged two Euros per bottle for tin basic bottled water. We solved this by buying this at the mini market across the street for less than half. This basic need should have been free like the toilet paper. Gym—well equipped but in poor and inoperative condition. Sauna functioned well. We asked for the manager and was told he would call ua---he never did. We discussed these things with the receptionist who indicated that the tourist season had not yet began so we should not expect that five star quality (i.e. should not be available yet).

Enjoyable stay near Pigadia, you can stroll to the port or stay near the hotel for shopping and dining options. The hotel staff is always available to help. Only one thing we did not like is buying bottle water at the restaurant every time even though the regular water should be potable and offered for free.

My stay at the Konstantinos Palace was PERFECT in every way. My room was very clean and the staff was pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Karpathos

Totally accessible hotel with a luxurious aura and welcoming staff. I enjoyed the beach and the pool roof garden. Rich breakfast with anything that you can think of! I am hoping someday to visit again.

Our stay at Konstantinos Palace was a very pleasant experience!
First of all, we booked a standard room with mountain view, but our room was upgraded to a standard room with sea view for the same price! Awesome! The room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds.
Hotel's private beach is wide, with comfortable sunbeds, the swimming pools are very nice. In the evening, you can have a drink at the Rooftop pool bar and enjoy a wonderful night view over Pigadia! The best place to stay in Karpathos!
