Stayed for 3 nights. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good (except no decent coffee...). Room is in good condition and clean. COVID precautions OK, including over breakfast. Wifi did not work in my room. The AC is a bit complicated to get to work. Generally fine.

This is a nice hotel in Kars, but needs improvement, the lobby is nice and the lady at the reception is welcoming, and polite, she speaks good english, the check in process was quick, the suite that I stayed in at the second floor was very noisy, I could hear a very high disturbing music playing even after I closed the windows, the room is nicely furnished and the bed is comfortable, but the pillows are poor in quality, there was no water in the bathroom but after I complained it was fixed quickly, the AC is set to a heater, and the AC control switch was not easy to set, the room felt hot and I could not sleep well, the staff are not many, especially early morning there was one staff only at reception who does not speak english, I could not have breakfast because I checked out very early in the morning .
