Otel fiyat performans olarak iyi,konumun merkezde olması heryere yürüyerek ulaşma bakımından oldukça fayda sağlıyor ama hepsinden önemlisi personelin büyük özveri ile her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışması bu konuda özellikle Abdullah beye teşekkür ediyorum sadece temizlik konusunda biraz daha özenli olunabilir gibi geldi bana ilkbaharda belki bir badana, küçük tamiratlar, eskiyip yıpranan havlu veya çarşafların değiştirilmesi gibi şeyler düşünülebilir mesela

Yatak örtüsü yırtıkti, yatak komforlu değildi, çarşaflar lekeliydi, şampuan ve duş jeli kalitesizdi ve kopurmuyordu.
Gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen açıktı, hızlı check-in ve check out yapıldı. Lokasyonu çok iyi.

Kars Konak Hotel is in an excellent location, in the centre of town: opposite the grand mosque and a short walk from the Kars castle.The rooms were always impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the building was heated so the cold from outside was not felt. The facilities were well maintained with the beds made and the rooms cleaned every day. Kars Konak hotel had a hospitable and warm a**osphere with friendly and attentive staff.

Otelde kaldığımız süre içinde, gerek resepsiyonda, Abdullah bey, ve diğer arkadaşlar son derece ilgili , nazik ve yardimcıydı. Hepsine teşekkür ediyoruz . Muhlis beye gara birakarak yaptigi jestten ayrıca teşekkürler. Otelin konumu muhteşem ,her yere yakın, odalar temiz ve sıcak. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Para o preço cobrado o hotel é ótimo. O banho é muito bom. O quarto é ótimo, espaçoso. A limpeza muito boa. O cafe da manhã razoável e atende as expectativas. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Agradeço a gentileza do Abdulah, muito simpático e prestativo.

Money trap. They denied the price we agreed and demanded much more money when we were checking out. On the same line you will find many better hotels. If you don’t want your holiday to be ruined don’t choose this hotel. The guy on the reception at morning shift he was not helpful at all and he was very rude with us. I felt unsafe. Mostly there lots of man on the coach near reception behind the desk and it is really hard to express yourself after seeing their face expression

In our long stay in Turkey this was the worst hotel: broken furniture, torn towels and bed linen, got stuck in the lift, lift could only take 1 person at a time, fridge kept awful noise, no air-con in the room. I dont understand the grade 8+ here nor that LonelyPlanet mentions the hotel. Breakfast was usual Turkish affair. Staff was nice despite language barrier.

The hotel is centrally located in the city center. In front they are building a huge mosque. No private parking. So if lucky you can park in the street in front of the hotel. We weren't lucky but the hotel staff arranged parking at a place at the back of the hotel. Reception and breakfast staff are very friendly. And some of them speak a bit of English. Breakfast was rather basic, probably due to Covid19-rules. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a bit outdated. They don't provide daily room cleaning service.
