We stayed at this hotel for just one night, during our group trip to Turkey. But one night was enough for us to appreciate most of the hotel's features. The rooms and bathrooms are adequate and pleasant, as is the lobby, the breakfast room and the breakfast itself. The location of the hotel is very central. Furthermore, the most direct road to reach the Kars fortress and other attractions is not the most pleasant one could wish for, as it passes through (fortunately for a short stretch) a rather worn-out neighbourhood.

Sorry, but this is the hotel of the dust. The cleanliness of the rooms is absolutely disappointing. Even on the reception counter was a thick dust layer! I stayed a whole week and never saw a hoover. Toilet flush push button was broken, no action was taken to repair it and I found food from a former guest in the minibar. The breakfast room was frosty cold. It seems that most of the guests are workers, so not recommended for families. We will not visit the hotel again.
