Doğu illerinde maalesef sigara içilen ve içilmeyen oda ayırımı henüz daha bilinçlendirilmemiş. Sanırım Sigara içmeyen veya sigara kokusundan şikayet eden müşteri sayısı daha az olduğu için Otel işletmecileri de müşteri kaybı olmaması açısından sigaradan şikayetçi misafirleri idare etmeye çalışıyor. Sapran Otelde de aynısını yaşadım. Ama hemen odayı değiştirip yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve yardımcı olan personeli ile gerçekten teşekkür ederim.

Haftasonu tur ile gittiğimiz Kars gezimiz için kaldığımız otel. Herşey çok güzel giderken birden otel odasında ev için aldığımız kaşar ve balın eksildiğini farkedene kadar. Gerçekten büyük şok yaşadık otel yönetimine durumu anlatmamıza rağmen yeterli ilgi ve alakayı göremedik. Maddi kayıptan ziyade manevi olarak otelin ilgisizliği hatta bir özür bile dilememeleri bizi daha çok sinirlendirdi. Olayın peşini bırakmadık gerekli yerlere şikayette bulunduk ama hala otelden bir ses yok kamera görüntülerini istememize rağmen hala göndermediler.
