酒店很不錯，挺安靜的，房間裝修很好，還有私湯，出門酒店約個自行車。就是吃飯衹能在酒店，出門沒有車的話晚上沒地方吃飯的。

原來星野界的客户現在已轉定fufu了，因為星野越做越差，輕井澤雖有星野虹夕諾亞來兩次我都沒定，上次住了靜養之森超滿意這次試試品牌另一家店陽光之風，酒店沒有接送站服務，輕井澤車站過來十多分鐘，2600日元，二十多間房間我觀察大多臨路衹是大路和小路的區別，窗户隔音不錯，卧室還有一道門影響不大，設施一流，每間都帶温泉，旁邊石頭熱的可以躺，晚餐的味道非常好，好吃。兩間酒店的區別：我個人更喜歡靜養風格沉穩，陽光就森系一點，餐靜養勝出太多了，有奢華的感覺，擺盤華麗，食材品質更好，尤其早餐是我吃過眾多温泉酒店中最好的一檔，陽光的早餐一對比就差多了，屬於中偏下這檔，菜單太樸素了，蔬菜過多蛋白質優質脂肪不夠，靜養的早餐是享受，歡樂時光靜養的也更豐富，還有小食，酒類也多。兩個店都有中文服務，這次遇到的兩個會中文的工作人員都温柔熱情，並且有中文菜單。另外綠植還是不要放些塑料盆不好看。

這次來輕井澤打算住兩家Fufu, 第一天先打卡陽光之風，這家整體風格更年輕化，綠植遍佈各個角落，服務超棒。
房間很大，休息區很温馨，光影很美。
室內浴池很大，還有巖浴。
兩餐很用心，日式的法餐。

入住安排非常合意，服務環境也對得起它的收費。晚餐兩人座平排比較局促，總體感覺幾年前住過的hosinoya 更大氣，Fufu比較時髦些。

We are always a big fan of Fufu. I have been staying at Fufu Hakone before and very convenient with Fufu brand. Fufu Karuizawa we are in love with you 🥰. Every staff from housekeeping, restaurant/ Lounge and front desk are very welcoming, very helpful. One phone call, within 20 mins Water will be delivered to our room. Spa salon ladies are very professional and welcoming. Message was like heaven. 🥰 I’m in love with their in room hot spring. 🥰 Especially shout out to the restaurant team. I don’t eat beef and raw food, the restaurant staff and the chef were so nice to accommodate my needed. Thank you very much🙏🏼🙏🏼 Excellent Customers services.Unforgettable stayed. Definitely we will be back.

Today I tried to reserve two premium rooms at Fufu Kyu Karuizawa at the JTB travel agency. One member of our group is gluten intolerant and we chose the Fufu brand because of the excellent food accommodation we received at Fufu Kawaguchiko in 2022. However, when the JTB staff telephoned to check that the dietary accommodations could be handled, the answer received was no. The reason: most soy sauce contains flour and food without soy sauce could not be prepared for a celiac sufferer. I wrote to Fufu using the Instagram link on its official website. The response from Fufu was that it doesn’t respond to “any and all requests“ sent via the social media links on its website. We are shocked and disappointed.
