This hotel design is warm, the outside hotel light is super cool, and the room is huge (biggest room in my 14days Japan trip), room is super clean, and the facilities is excellent!!

這家酒店是我此行最滿意的一家酒店。酒店離輕井澤站打車約10分鐘車程，1300日幣左右，具有英倫風格，房間面積也大，酒店服務好，將我們的行李送到房間，酒店還提供每人1000日幣的優惠券，可以用於晚餐抵用。酒店後面就是趣訪神社，景色很美，秋意正濃。

沒有住過那麼差的日本酒店。
缺點：
1. 臟！一個晚上2600的酒店，看中的是可以預約私湯。提早了半天預約，等到了晚上去了被驚呆，垃圾桶裏還留着很多前面留下的各類垃圾。推開裏面，泡湯旁邊還有幾條用過的毛巾扔在那裡！打電話詢問，説是因為被預約滿了，所以並沒有空檔打掃。可想而知，這個湯也是骯臟的！（
2. 管理混亂！打電話到前台，一直説因為就2個私湯，而且都被預約滿，所以導致這個問題。完全迴避管理和清潔工作才是發生這個事件的關鍵原因！
3. 解決問題無能！提出的解決方案，要不然等到晚上22:50去泡，要不然讓我們去其他酒店泡（室外氣温3度，要開車10分鐘遠的地方，來回開車半小時，開什麼玩笑？）除此以外，衹有住客自己消化！2600人民幣一個晚上的房間，就是消費者自己化解自己的坑！
4. 即便後續攜程介入，酒店説“那麼讓你們晚一個小時退房好啦。”謝謝你哦，醒了立馬逃走，一刻不想多留，永不再見。

We booked big room 30m2 which is very nice
Hotel no lift, if you bring big Luggage and stay upstairs will be inconvenient

Absolutely charming — LONGINGHOUSE Kyukaruizawa Suwanomori has such a serene and elegant atmosphere, perfect for soaking in Karuizawa’s peaceful, forested vibe. Those tall trees all around really give it that secluded, European retreat feeling.
We were happy that we decided to have dinner in the hotel. Food and the selected house wines were perfect, in good prices.

旧軽井銀座には、アクセスも良く夕食もお店の名前どおり野菜がとても美味しかったです。
ただホテルの場所が少し分かりにくかったです。
