The hotel is brand new. The room is lovely and so spacious! The bed was huge and it was comfortable, we all slept well every night. Staff were courteous and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is also perfect, right on old karuizawa ginza street with many food and shopping options nearby during the day. The breakfast options were very limited and the food was the same every day, so I found it a challenge to feed my toddler. Basic food items like cereal and slice bread were not available. The fruit options were also limited and not the most child friendly e.g. pineapple, grapefruit and grapes. Also, the rooms are not made every day but you can request for the staff to clean and make the room. Overall we still had a great stay and hope to visit again soon.

細節滿滿的飯店，從門口開始服務接待，進入大廳清新的檜木精油香，裝潢帶有很多檜木，房間空間很大，很貼心流暢的規劃，備品質感很好，陽台風景美，使用完飯店設施蒸氣烤箱，還有飲料吧無限暢飲。選擇住兩晚真是太對的決定了，讓輕井澤之旅非常完美

朝食がすごく美味しかったです！部屋も広く、お部屋でエタノール？の焚き火ができたのも良かった。
駐車場が遠く、ホテルまで車で行くのが大変ですが、駐車場まではスタッフの方が先導してくれるので問題なしです。温泉も良かったです。

輕井澤新開的飯店，櫃檯人員有好幾位都會說中文，溝通非常便利，服務也非常好，館內設施的溫泉非常舒服，環境也很棒，房間更是滿意，跟老公滿意到說好下次來一定第一首選住這間，也在非常便利的銀座通街道上，買完伴手禮可以直接拿回飯店房間太方便了，早餐也很滿意多樣化選擇
