Be careful that the actual room is not the same as trip shown. Everything is good but the room wasn’t my expected. Finally trip.com refunded me a certain amount, fair enough.
Look at my photos, if you accept such a room paying this price, go for head, with free-spa, no complain. Just because it wasn’t what I wanted😂😂

訂的2間2晚，結果系統服務器不是很給力，有一間房沒給訂上，攜程客服推薦我另外一家酒店，第二天到了新酒店還是不讓我們入住，早上10點半付的所有款項，正常兩間房是要給我留的，到了酒店還是説系統錯誤，沒給我們留房，讓我們在回到第一次的酒店，當時是夜裡23點左右，我也是很無語，攜程客服還是很給力的點贊

Nice neighbourhood, not easy to access. Main building is slightly old but great accommodation for a day or 2. There also onsen to enjoy by self booking at the counter.

Really beautiful resort, love the free rental Onsen it’s really nice, if you don’t need room cleaning service you can get 2000yen coupon for souvenir shop. It’s close to the outlet only 10mins driving distance. There is a 7 eleven close to the hotel but need to be aware that the convenience store will be closed at 2300.
