The staff are all very friendly and helpful from driver to receptionist to cleaning staff. We have a pleasant stay in this hotel. The pick up service to and from JR station as well as the snow house are a plus for us. Furthermore, the breakfast variety as well as freshness of ingredients are highly appreciated. They are nice enough to give me a ride after my checkout for picking my luggages back . Overall speaking , I will recommend to others of this hotel .

We had a fantastic stay at hotel. The hotel serve us well and taken great care of our old parents. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff, the driver and cafe staff service made it all up. The hotel is located to the old town area and with plenty of good restaurants near by. The hotel car service takes you to train station for free. This save us a lot of time and money as we are travelling with two old people.

There is nothing to say about the hotel service. If you call the hotel in advance, you can arrange a shuttle bus. Although it is not close to the ski resort, the room is large and comfortable. My favorite thing is to go to the big bath and take a bath after I come back every day. Clean and rich in toiletries. Breakfast is optional every day, Japanese breakfast is recommended. The only complaint I made was because the hair dryer in the bathroom suddenly caught fire after sparks came out while using it. I called the front desk immediately and the waiter quickly came to replace it and apologized constantly. It may be caused by aging of the wires caused by no one using it for a long time. Old Karuizawa is not a big place, so living here is very convenient for shopping and skiing.

The hotel was small, but clean and friendly. In particular, the restaurant and sauna were luxurious and nice, and the free ride to the ski resort was very convenient.

The location is very good. Ginza Street is a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can take you to Tombonoyu Onsen. The tone, manner, and friendliness of the rooms are very classy. It's a place I want to come back to

The hotel is very old, but the location is very good and convenient for travel. The hotel's breakfast is OK, but the hot spring pool is actually a small bathing pool, there is no hot spring smell at all, even the Japanese soak first and then take a shower.

The hotel staff are always smiling, helpful and provide attentive service.

It was wonderful. I was concerned that there were a lot of Chinese people, but the room was spacious and clean, and all drinks and snacks in the room were free. There aren't many dishes for breakfast at 9am, so I recommend going early. I will definitely stay there next time!

have a say I went there in the off-season. There is a Mercedes-Benz shuttle service to and from Karuizawa Station. There are hot springs, delicious breakfast, a variety of beverages in the refrigerator in the room, a large bathroom space, and very good service at the hotel counter. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity

The price is high, and the advantages are obvious. The service is first-class, the breakfast is good, and the facilities are good. I especially like the big bathroom. It is very comfortable to take a bath and a sauna for a while after coming back from the day.

It was a very beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. I stayed for several nights, but the bed making was perfect and the service was good. I was able to enjoy authentic food in my room with room service. I want to go again.

Free pick-up and drop-off, all drinks in the refrigerator are free, there is a spa, the location is excellent, the service staff is kind and polite, highly recommend staying here!

This is a very old hotel, the location is good, but the service awareness of the Japanese service staff at the front desk must be improved. We booked 2 weeks in advance and asked to be close to the parent's room, and we were still arranged in a different building. I packed my luggage at 7am the next morning, and I wanted to change rooms on the day I applied, but I refused on the grounds that the room was full. In fact, it is too lazy to help us change... The nearby indigo hotel is new and beautiful! Next time we won't consider it here.....
