Hotel is located about a 20 min walk from JR Karuizawa. If you have luggage, probably easier to take a taxi from the Jr station. The front office staff are friendly and helpful and make me feel very welcome at the hotel.
Room is spacious and clean with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven . Very useful ! Hotel is close proximity to a supermarket and bakery. Definitely will stay at this hotel when I return to Karuizawa.

酒店還算不錯 離麥當勞非常近 出酒店馬路斜對面 房間內還能自己做飯 有個大超市可以買實物自己做 樓下還有温泉浴場 酒店另一邊小路風景不錯

Onsen facilities are new and clean. Electronic bicycle rental services are available and economical. Waling distance from JR station is short. Good to recommend.

設施：房間非常大，我們分到的是園林房，基本都是日本本地人住，酒店有桑拿和温泉。
衞生：不錯。他們不主動提供打掃，每天衹需要把換洗毛巾放門口即可。
環境：離火車站稍微有點遠，走路至少需要十分鐘，不過當地人基本都是開車來沒有這個問題。
服務：前台有個台灣小哥，可以説中文。當然其他人英文也都很好。
價格：性價比很高！

訂的日式、西式混合房，就是房間裏有一間帶木拉門相對封閉的日式房，外邊還有一個床。房間很大，兩個廁所，缺點是由於地面跨度大、樓層薄，走路不輕的人會有咚咚腳步聲，干擾到樓下。

Very nice hotel in quiet location. Good welcome drinks but only btw 2pm to 5pm. Very near to Delicia supermarket.

Service was excellent. Plenty of carpark spaces for overnight parking as well if you have rented a car.

It's an excellent stay after spending the previous 4 days in Tokyo. The room is spacious, with a mini kitchen and large fridge, small dining table, bar table, and good view. Around 10-15 min walk from train station. Will definitely stay again in Karuizawa.
